> 3 dayUse 2 of these along with a ribbon for recording guitar amps. The Sennheisers I set up as X-Y around 3-4 inchs out, the ribon set around 18-22 inchs.

> 3 dayOnce I learned how highly regarded this mic is for guitar recording, I couldn’t believe the great price! You get different sounds just from slightly different positioning. The packaging was great and includes a sweet carrying bag. Happy with my purchase.

> 3 daySounds super great with different amps I mic them with. In my opinion, it sounds larger than a SM57, but it also depends on the amps you are using. I would go with the e609 if I had have to choose only one.

Greater than one weekGreat mic for the money. I pair it with an sm57 on a guitar amp. Also does a decent enough job tracking acoustic and vocals to get something done quick while the inspiration is there.
