> 24 hourI have 7 cats and only 4 areas with carpet, so I didnt need a big vacuum since most of my home is hard flooring. Found the HV322 when it was 43% off, so $150 for a vacuum wasnt a bad cost. Ended up filling the cup twice using it for the first time in my smallest bedroom and let me tell you, that was eye opening. Im sure any brush roller vacuum would have done the same job but what I like about the Shark is: -lightweight -easy to maneuver -2 power modes -bright light -decently long cord -easy to remove dust trap -brush roller indicator light -quick release is high on the stick so you can separate the motor portion, add a crevice tool and hit those tight spots -caught it at a good sale price What I dont like about it: -doesnt stand upright on its own -dust bin requires you to use your hands to clean out fuzz/hair that collects around the filter. Not a huge deal but does make the process a bit messy. -absolutely worthless on hard floors. Youll feel all the trash get kicked back onto your feet and legs from the rollers. This is on the low setting, which Im guessing the brush rollers only turn from the air being pulled past them and not powered by the vacuum. Still, at that low setting, its too much brush action. I have 2 x Mieles I use for hard floors and nothing will ever beat them at that.

> 24 hourI like this vacuum a lot. Suction on carpet, tile, and wood with no residue. Light weight and long cord make life easier going around the house up and Down stairs. Would buy this product again!

> 24 hourDisclosure - I am writing this under my husbands name. The beginning of December (2022) my faithful Shark Rotator ZU782 basically fell apart. I had purchased it in 2019 and it had great suction until the end - the body just plain wore out. I am hard on vacuums. I live in the woods, I have several pets, 4 grandchildren 5 and under, and a fireplace. The vacuum gets hauled up and down steps, and used on both hardwood and carpet. And I am a clean freak. 2-4 years seems to be how long a vacuum lasts for me. After checking out the latest research on pet friendly vacuums, I switched to the Shark NV501. Because I had had such good luck with the Shark, I chose to stay with the brand, and this model kept coming up as one of the best for families with pets. After about a week of harried, distracted, pre-Christmas use, I went to vacuum under the bed only to realize it wouldnt fit. My large coon hound hides under there at the first threat of thunder, so though I dont vacuum under there daily, I do after every storm. That was a deal breaker for me, but it had had a week of use, the box was long gone and I figured I was stuck with it. It also did a mediocre job removing cat hair off furniture, and felt less sturdy than my older ZU782. After fretting about it for most of the month I decided to spring for something else. This time I made sure it would fit under the bed, and read every customer review I could find, instead of the experts opinions. I chose this Shark HV322 Rocket Pet Plus instead of a canister model. Its pretty amazing! It does an even better job than the NV501 vacuuming up pet hair (and cat litter and Christmas tree needles) on hardwood, carpet and furniture. It maneuvers easily, (even easier than my ZU782) fits under beds and almost all the way under sofas. The attachments are super easy to use. I couldnt be happier with this little gem. I am going to keep the NV501 in our finished basement, but wish I had assessed it more thoroughly the day it arrived. I hope this lengthy review helps YOU choose the right vacuum for YOU. This is also the cheapest of the 3 models mentioned. Today my old ZU782 is $288.95, the NV501 is $235.45, and the HV322 Rocket is $179.99.

> 24 hourAfter our stick vacuum gave up the ghost, we decided to go with an electric vs. another battery powered. This vacuum is great! But what’s even better is Shark’s amazing customer service. When we opened the box, we found that one of the filters was missing. I reached out to Shark and they sent me a filter without delay. No hassles or endless explanations, just excellent service. Highly recommend!!

> 24 hourI live in Florida and its hot enough trying to vacuum without hot air being blown on my upper body. There isnt even a decent brush for baseboard cleaning. I have a Dirt Devil Vision Self-Propelled that has been excellent since 2002. The handle release pedal broke and I cant find a replacement; therefore, I bought this per my daughters recommendation. I have flipped it in the opposite direction to try to get a brush to work on baseboards but its not happening. Poor design engineering. I will check for other accessories for this Shark in the hope that something will improve performance. It doesnt get under everything either as is claimed. I guess Swiffer will do the job better. I have never changed attachments in my life so many times only to be disappointed. I was hoping for a cleaner house.

> 24 hourLet me start off by saying I NEVER write reviews. Its a game changer for tackling house hold chores. This vacuum is amazing all the way around from suction, light weight easy to use the list goes on. I wanted a vacuum that was light weight to be able to easily grab and go. Its sleek so storing it is easy since I have limited closet space. Weight wise its light even my 5 yr old can pick it up and use it. The suction power is amazing. My carpets hasnt looked this good in yrs i feel (and im an avid cleaner when it comes to my floors even shampooing my carpets every 3 to 4 mths). I use this vacuum daily now, vacuuming is my new favorite cleaning chore with this product. Clean and dumping the dust and debris from the storage tank is easy too. No more having to reach in with my hand to help all the dust and debris to fall out. The attachments are great that come with it. It makes it super easy to clean my register vents, to under stove, behind fridge etc and again light weight so it makes it really easy to lift up and vacuum out my register a.c vents that are located on my ceilings. I favorited this vacuum in my wish list for about 2 weeks going back and forth contemplating should I buy it... Im so glad I did!!! Best money Ive spent on cleaning supplies/equipment.

> 24 hourWe have bought this 5 times! We gave one to each of our daughters. We bought one for our vacation rental, and this is our second one after we had used our first one for years. What I like most: I love that I can remove the disposal cup from the vacuum to dump the stuff it has picked up right into the garbage can. Some vacuums you have to take the entire head of the vacuum off to dump it and is messier. I can see from the disposal cup how much dirt, dust and dog hair I am picking up. I feel the suction is strong enough for everything, without being too strong for my oriental rugs. There is also the ability to reduce the suction. Various versions come with different attachments, so you have to make sure the on you are ordering has the extras you were looking for (pet brush, wall hanger, etc.) Lastly, I have carpal tunnel and neuropathy and the ease of using this, which is why we switched to a different style vacuum, is I can handle it without issue.

> 24 hourI had to get away from weak powered and shitty suction cordless stick vacuums. This one solved all my problems. It is super powerful, lightweight, easy to clean canister, great price. It is corded but thats okay, it does the job 50 times better than the cordless ones
