> 3 day* I paid full price for this product. Im very demanding of my vacuums. I have 2 large high-shedding dogs and 2 cats, and I expect a vacuum to be able to handle all that comes with that. I had a Dyson when my house was wall-to-wall carpets, so my standards are high. Now my house is all hardwood and ceramic tile, which led me to this. This little Shark handles everything with flying colors: large amounts of pet hair, cat litter, dirt, dust, crumbs, and whatever else ends up on the floor courtesy of the critters. It cleans floors, corners and edges, steps, furniture, behind/under furniture, pet beds, drapes and curtains, and pretty much anything else that you would want to vacuum. The Sharks insane flexibility is due to the fact that its basically a high-powered dust buster with numerous interchangeable attachments. You can attach a cleaning head directly to the dust buster for close-up, handheld use, attach a cleaning head to the wand and the wand to the dust buster to clean floors and drapes, or attach a cleaning head to the flexible hose for more maneuverable cleaning. For floor cleaning you get a spinning brush head and a flat head with a detachable machine-washable microfiber cloth specially for hardwood floors. You also get a smaller spinning brush head for furniture, steps, etc, an edge tool, and a small flat tool for more delicate cleaning. Note that the spinning heads are not powered, they spin from the suction of the dust buster, but the suction power is still very good. Everything clicks easily together and have release buttons to take apart again - quick and simple. The dust bin is a good size, I can do a couple rooms before having to empty it. The cord is very long, so you can easily do a staircase, or go from room to room without having to move the plug every time. The floor cleaning heads pivot from side to side easily with a flick of the wrist for maximum maneuverability. Even the headlights, which I always thought were mostly gimmicky, actually work, lighting up dust and dirt that is invisible on my dark hardwood floors even with plenty of light in the room. A few minor negatives, which are not design flaws but simply consequences of the design to be aware of: - When using as a vacuum, it is top-heavy because the motor and dust bin are at the top. That said, its not actually heavy, its just that all the weight is in the top. This also means that it cant stand on its own, it has be leaned against a wall. Fortunately there are little rubber pads on the back of both the unit and the dust bin, so once its propped against the wall it doesnt fall over. It also comes with a wall mount if youre worried about kids or pets knocking it over. - There isnt space to store the attachments on the unit itself. They come with a convenient storage bag, but you have to carry them with you or go through rooms multiple times with different attachment configurations based on whatever youre cleaning. This is a minor inconvenience, but it keeps the unit light and slim. Overall Im very happy with the performance and versatility of this little vacuum.

Greater than one weekI love this purchase! Love the light on the hardwood, love how powerful the suction is and LOVE how easy it is to use. Cobwebs are no more, no more crouching to get the cracks by the wall, it’s just so easy and functional!

> 3 dayThis was recommended to me by a friend and, as a person with 2 large dogs and 2 teenagers, this has been such a lifesaver. Easy to clean and the suction power is incredible. Im a convert. Also, I love that it plugs in so I dont have to worry about battery issues--its just a fantastic machine. Its light, gets into cracks, its the whole package.

Greater than one weekLove this vacuum so much! I have another stick shark vacuum that I use in my motorhome which doesn’t have much carpet it’s majority vinyl and it does a really good job. So I thought it’d look to find another shark brand stick vacuum that I’d spend more on. Couldn’t be happier! I have hardwood and some rugs/carpet in my house. It picked up everything from dirt/debris to dog hair easily off the hardwood. And In the kids rooms which have carpet it picked up so much dirt ( I run a roomba twice weekly in these rooms scheduled). Can’t believe all the dirt left behind from the roomba that it picked up! Also loved the upholstery attachment to clean my sectional. Picked up so much dog hair and made it look so clean. Would buy again!

> 3 dayAfter our stick vacuum gave up the ghost, we decided to go with an electric vs. another battery powered. This vacuum is great! But what’s even better is Shark’s amazing customer service. When we opened the box, we found that one of the filters was missing. I reached out to Shark and they sent me a filter without delay. No hassles or endless explanations, just excellent service. Highly recommend!!

> 3 dayI bought this as a replacement for an aging canister vac. The fundamental design concept of this Shark vacuum is a good one, but the practical details need some work. First the good. The motor, filters, dust collector, and switch are all incorporated in a compact unit in the top, handle part of this vacuum. In most applications the handle unit will be supported by the extension tube and an accessory resting on the floor, so it is not too heavy. The dust collector has a pretty good capacity and will likely get through an average-size house before it needs emptying. The collector itself is well-designed. It can be emptied while still in the handle unit if you happen to be near a trash can, or it can be removed from the unit for easy transport to a trash can. The dirt comes out easily, with no need for shaking and banging and thereby raising big clouds of dust. The cord is long, which allows for a good range without switching outlets. On the other hand, the cord is long, which can cause some inconvenience with wrangling and tangling. It winds up on two holders, and a neat design feature allows you to swing one of the holders down to remove the whole cord without unwinding it one coil at a time. Power and suction seem pretty good, and the LED lights are surprisingly bright and useful. The turning/swivel mechanism works well. And now for the nitpicking. The business end of a vacuum is where the suction meets the dirt, and it is here where the HV322 could use some refinement. I have mostly hardwood floors, so I figured the Dust-Away hard floor attachment would be my most-used accessory. It is like a combination of a Swiffer and a typical floor brush. However, it has two little plastic wheels on it that rub along the floor, making noise and feeling like they are scraping the floor. In addition, it is about three times bigger than a standard canister floor brush, making it harder to move and to get in all the nooks and crannies. Finally, after using it I feel like I have to take it off and vacuum off the dust that accumulates on the microfiber pad. The motorized carpet attachment seems to work pretty well, with a two-speed brush for low or deep pile carpet. It can also be used on hard floors, but with pretty much the same caveats about size and noise. There is a combination crevice tool/dust brush, which seems like a clever idea but in practice is not so good. The catch that lets the dust brush move keeps pinching me, it is too long overall for easy dusting, and it has cheap flimsy plastic bristles. There is also a motorized pet brush that works pretty well. I dont have dogs or much upholstery, but it did a good job in my car, with a swivel that lets the brush adjust to the surface. I thought I could fix the shortcomings by buying a floor brush and dusting brush. But, it turns out the tube diameters used on the Shark Rocket are not the standard 1 1/4 used by most other brands. With much measuring and analyzing of specs, I finally found an adapter

Greater than one weekI like the light weight and the ability to use in tight spots. I have a Hoover tempo upright that I also use. I believe the Shark is ok for small areas while the Hoover has larger brush so cleans faster. Looking for input from others regarding power as I believe they are similar, with edge to Hoover.q
