21-11-2024Shark has switched to a different wheel that no longer pushes back when you set it up straight, stabilizing the base. With the new wheels, it no longer is stabilized and will not stand up on its own. You have to set it down or prop it up against something. Ridiculous. I returned mine within 30 minutes of opening it and putting it together and wish I had looked in detail at the low ratings. I dont care how well it does its job, the design is not good. When I returned it to a big chain that starts with K they had all the Shark models on display and I had hoped to find one that WOULD stand on its own as I have loved the Shark that I bought 3 years ago....but no. They were ALL propped up with bars so they would appear to be standing on their own. I ended up getting another brand, and because of the discount that the store taking returns gives, I got a great machine and saved a TON!

> 3 dayThis is just what I was looking for. Its lightweight and versatile. I can clean my floors and then the blinds. Great suction, we have a golden retriever and he sheds a lot...this little machine has no problem sucking it up. The only con is its too heavy so I have to lean it against a wall when storing or if I have to move furniture around, but other than that its really a great vacuum, I would recommend.

21-11-2024THIS VACUUM IS VERY LIGHT WEIGHT AND IS VERY EASY TO MANUEVER HOWEVER, IT IS VERY TOP HEAVY. TO KEEP IT STANDING STRAIGHT UP, YOU HAVE TO LEAN IT AGAINST THE WALL OR SOMETHING TO SUPPORT IT FROM FALLING OVER. I ALSO DO NOT CARE FOR HOW THE EXTRA ATTACHMENTS ARE STORED ON THE MAIN UNIT. WHEN TRYING TO USE THEM, THE CLIP THAT HOLDS THEM IS NOT VERY SECURE AND THEREFORE SCRATCHES THE VACUUM. ON THE PLUS SIDE, IT DOES PICK UP PET HAIR EXTREMELY WELL!!

> 3 dayIt really works for the heavy dog hair. I have several big dogs including Saint Bernards who shed all year around. They have double hair, the one we see and a sort of wool underneath. My house needs power suction everyday. No hair was stuck . Very easy and quick to empty the (large) cup. Now I just need to see how long it will last. So far so very good .

> 3 dayThis was my second Shark corded stick. My first one was duo clean with front roller. Silly me thought this vacuum was also , it is not. Purchased the HZ602 June 2022 and it is basically shot now. Never completely picked up the dirt. Had to go back and forth over the dirt to get it. This past weekend it has lost 90% of suction power. This is after clean everything completely. It was only used downstairs for my hardwood floors , 7x10 rug and a runner. This vacuum never lived up to my first Shark and I am disappointed in the HZ602. You would think you would get more than 8 months out of a seldom used vacuum.

> 3 daySo I bought this because the house I moved into over a year ago is 95% hardwood floors. I have some area rugs that and the carpet on both the stairs for the 2nd floor and the basement and a small landing on the first floor. This works great on both hardwood and carpet. The suction on this thing is strong, and it can complicated to use on small rugs to where the rug will get caught brushes. I do like the LED headlight are very bright so bright that I had to but my hand over them as I wash looking at how the powerfins worked and also the storage hook to store the handheld unit when not in use. It really was amazing how much this thing collected after only 1 day this made me want to vacuum daily now. The only issue I really have with this is there is no hose on this and if you do not use the storage hook, you will need to but this up on a wall because it will not stand on its own and the dustbin is small. But apart from those 2 cons the thing is great.

> 3 dayUpdated to add: Ive registered this item on the sharkninja website, and ive tried calling the warranty number but it instantly disconnects without picking up at all. DO NOT BUY THIS LEMON OF A PRODUCT! The unit has already died. We are a household with no kids or animals and we used it about every two weeks. We clean out the filter and dirt container every use. It would overheat quickly and stop working, then start up again and quit again. Now its just a dead shark. While in general the unit had kind of adequate suction, it would regularly drop any dirt and debris that didnt get sucked all the way up the long tube. It would also overheat quickly and stop working, then start up again. Like within five or six minutes of use. And its LOUD. On the plus side, the brushroll didnt get clogged with hair and it was easy to move around. Weve had great luck with other Shark products, but this one was a dud.

> 3 dayFor such a small vacuum I was really impressed by this Shark Ultralight Pet Pro. I wanted something for small quick cleanup jobs so I wouldnt have to haul out the full size vacuum, and this definitely does the job and then some. It is easy to set up and then change between the additional heads and can be used on the floor, as a wand, or a a dust buster and has a hard floor and carpet setting. I have a dog, so this has been perfect for picking up dog hair. I love the self cleaning brush roll feature because I hate cleaning the hairs out of that thing myself. It reaches under furniture and into small spaces really well. The suction is better than I thought it would be for a vacuum of this size and it is easy to empty out the chamber and filter, but since it is a small vacuum, the chamber is on the smaller size, so I end up emptying it fairly often. Overall, definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a compact vacuum.
