> 3 dayOkay I purchased this one because of value and it is a shark, was replacing my old shark because well it was old and no longer worked as well. This one is no good it does not pull debris from sides of walls. Over heats quickly, filter clogs quickly and when it heats up it shuts off, a good thing Im sure. Can only vaccum for a short time like around 5minutes depending on amount of debris. I would only recommend this for someone who has a small space like a small RV or camper, without any kind of hair. Th cup filter fills up faster than the actual debris container. I missed my window of return or I would not have this vaccum.

> 3 dayThis is the first lightweight stick vacuum that I have that has myself cleaning function, which is amazing since I hate to clean hair and dirt from the roller brush. This is also the first of the Shark Ninja brand that is not heavy and cumbersome to move around. The design is sleek, and it is so powerful. I would say this is the most powerful lightweight upright stick vacuum that I have! The only down side is that its corded. Although the cord is pretty long, it still gets in the way due to where my power plug is, which is a bit annoying. I also love that its bagless since I dont have to waste money buying bags. But yes, for car cleaning, too, since its corded, I had to use my power generator. Other than that, I love that it has such strong and powerful suction so I neednt go over the same spot twice, which saves me time when cleaning.

> 3 dayGood suction power (I have hardwood and low carpet and it works fine on both), and the ability to vacuum under furniture like couches and beds is obviously important. However, because its so top-heavy, it definitely doesnt feel lightweight and it is VERY difficult to maneuver, especially on carpets. I have a low-pile carpet but it still takes a lot of effort to push it back and forth. Considering how expensive this vac is, the overall design of it should have been way better.

> 3 dayThis Shark HZ602 Ultralight Pet Pro with PowerFins and Self-Cleaning Brushroll is just what I had been looking for. I did not want a battery run vacuum and this is corded. Its lightweight and powerful and does a great job! The Handheld Vacuum part was perfect for the carpeted stairs! It is very easy to separate the Handheld from the Floor Mode and cleaning out the clear dirt cup is simple, too. It will get a lot of use in my house. It was time to replace my noisy old floor sweeper, and Im really happy with this super lightweight Shark model!!

> 3 dayI liked this vacuum at first. Now I hate it. Heres why: It is powerful and picks up a lot of car hair. The canister is small and needs to be change twice for each whole house vacuuming. Thats the end of my good point. Now for the bad. This thing has little filters that must be clean often and thats OK because it works well, but there is a foam filter over the motor that is impossible to get to, and it will eventually clog and heat up your motor and also reduce suction because the suction is also the motor cooling air. The brush roller works great and doesnt get tangled, but sometimes a piece of paper will get between the roller and the housing. Getting the roller out requires surgery. I still havent been able to get the roller out due to the specialty screws holding the entire clean head together. Now, the roller isnt turning well and activates the red light, then stops. It appears the bearings are bad for the roller or dirty. Either way, the roller now has a problem. I did manage to cut away the plastic around the motor to get the clogged foam out. That made the vacuum work super great because this foam does restrict flow., but removing that foam makes it very load, so I now wear ear plugs to vacuum when I can get the roller to turn on high speed, but not on low. I hate this vacuum. But if you want a vacuum that will work great for 3 to 6 months in a 4 cat house then turn to junk, this is the vac for you.

17-11-2024Review for: Shark HZ602 Ultralight Pet Pro with PowerFins and Self-Cleaning Brushroll, Comet Red, 10.19 in L x 8.84 in W x 45.49 in H Shark has very nice quality stick, regular, and robotic vacuums. Ive been working through quite a few of them. The best feature of this vac honestly is the powerfins vs. the standard roller. I have two standard roller attachments for my $180 stick vacuum and I spend all the time pulling hair off it. This one has vastly improved defense vai the powerfins against that. Otherwise, the major flaw is that its corded. So youre not getting the benefits of having a cordless stick vacuum. The counter is that it offers more suction but the joy of a stick vacuum in my opinion is that is cordless. Additionally, the end is too thin widthwise yet too hard to fit under things like other stick vacuums, doesnt have bristles for some surfaces like carpet. So I wouldnt especially select this one but if youre ok with corded, go for it.

Greater than one weekThe vacuum cleaner works GREAT, however, after having it and using it for less than a month, the swivel part is broken and since my return window closed I am unable to return it. Amazon was willing to make an exception for me to return it and receive a refund MINUS a restocking fee of $52.00. They are not sure if there is a warranty for the vacuum cleaner but I am being inconvenienced by now having to box it up (I threw the box away already), having to bring it to a UPS store and to top that off get a $52.00 deduction. You may be better off ordering directly from Shark because you will be guaranteed any missing or broken parts. I will send attach a picture of the broken piece later.

> 3 dayWe have two dogs and four cats in our home. We are constantly vacuuming. The other vacuum we had just wasnt holding up, so we actually got a Shop-Vac, because of all the hair that just wasnt doing a great job either. On a whim, I got this, and we have not been disappointed! We literally vacuum our entire 1700 SQ ft house every single day. Hardwood, tile, area rugs, and all! Easy to clean, I absolutely love the lights so we can actually see the work we are doing, and the difference we are making. The maneuverability is incredible, especially in hard to reach areas. I definitely recommend this, and would certainly purchase this again!

Greater than one weeki was really surprised by how well this shark vacuum works. the only other experience Ive had with a stick vac was definitely not positive. i guess things have come along way since then. you can actually replace a cannister vacuum with this, something that shocked me. and the brushless design is a freaking miracle when you have pets or little girls whose hair is constantly ending up wrapped around the vacuum beater bar. Im thoroughly impressed with the fact that it also doubles as a handheld vacuum for cleaning out the snack crumbs from the aforementioned little girls. its also great for getting in those hard to reach crevices between the cushions on the couch. in fact the only issues i have are that the dust cannister is way too small and needs to be dumped frequently and the cord needs to be longer. but weighing these two tiny flaws against the outstanding features its a no brainer, buy this. its so light and easy to use that vacuuming is a breeze, now if only shark made a babysitter id be in heaven.
