Shark RV912S EZ Robot Vacuum with Self-Empty Base, Bagless, Row-by-Row Cleaning, Perfect for Pet Hair, Compatible with Alexa, Wi-Fi, Dark Gray

I am very picky about my purchases and I do not review products but I felt the need to review this one. I was hesitant to buy this because I bought one when they first came out and I did not like how it cleaned. The machine was all over the place, would get stuck on rugs and practically everything and had no sense of boundries unless you placed strips down, which looked awful. It also did not seem to pick up much. After looking at this new one multiple times I finally purchased it. I LOVE IT!!! IT IS AMAZING. It is fast, it moves straight up and down lines to get every area, it leaves vacuum marks (love that), it goes over my THICK rugs not just thin without getting stuck. It stops at my step drop off and does not fall, you can program it when you want it to vacuum, it picks up everything. SUGGESTION: Make sure your cords are picked up or they will be dragged and pull stuff down. Also it empties the tank by itself, it says you only need to empty it every 30 days but I do it once a week to keep the suction. Picks up pet hair too!!! AMAZING!!!

It gets stuck somewhere on basically a daily basis. I would not recommend this product and wish I could just return it at this point.

I bought this to help with vacuuming. I have 3 dogs, a malamute/husky mix, a lab mix and a long haired German Shepard. I was vacuuming daily, so thought the robot would be good. It does a nice job of vacuuming, but it literally takes all day to do my home. I have a 2 story chalet type house. 2 bedrooms are on the main level along with a bathroom, living room, dining room and sunken family room. I close off the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. On the upper floor, there’s a bathroom, and a large bedroom suite with part of the room being sunken. I close off the bathroom on this level. I move the robot and docking station to the different levels. The robot does an excellent job of docking itself to empty and charge, but it takes forever to recharge and start cleaning again. The dust bin says it should hold the collection for up to 30 days. I’m emptying it after every room. It also has 5 filters that need to be cleaned more than the suggested time. I’m cleaning them daily, which takes time. The filers are not all easily removed (have to use a screw driver on some or do the best you can with cleaning them). All this considered, I probably could vacuum quicker than using this machine. I don’t think I would buy it again, but will keep this and continue to use it.

I have three dogs and 1 cat. I have run this robot every day since I got it and I am so impressed with it. You definitely still have to sweep the nooks and crannies or corners of the house now and then but it gets under things I couldn’t without moving the furniture. I also have a living room that is one stair down from the rest of my first floor. I’ve moved this robot down to my living room and it cleaned the entire thing, then I moved it back to the floor it’s docking base is on, and it continued with no problems. I would highly recommend this product.

This is perfect for my needs. Very quiet and cleans very well.

I have a Siberian Husky, lots of hair. Have two levels in home . Robo roc . Compare this one with the Roc. Battery poor, run time, about one third. Cleaning about half. Roc has lazer , can run at night. This one has cameras, must have lights on, day time only. If you want the best, Robo Roc. More expensive, but in the long haul, worth it!!

I had a earlier version of the Shark and it worked fine and made less noise than the roomba I had, so I decided to try this version. This one seems to do a more thorough sweeping and like the daily cleaning report from app. One caveat to my review, most of my home is tiled and I only have it enter one carpeted room. So far it has handled both very well and is great to come home every day and see straight even sweep lines in the carpet. Adds to feeling of being cleaner.

Bought this for Christmas! We have loved it since then. Keeps the floor clean. Picks up another of dirt even after our stand up vacuum is used.

Product is impressive. Each time it runs it collects a lot of dog hair and dirt and my floors look great! Even cleans my carpets well and covers all surface area. Considering a second one for another floor.
