I’m getting conflicting info from reviews but the package and instructions doesn’t help at all. -it voids your warranty on LVP LUXURY VINYL PLANK taking off protective coating -it works on vinyl -not on LVP ??? Why can’t I find clarification through seller or shark. Haven’t used yet

So easy to use!

This is so great - I’ve been using it on all of hard surfaces (including sealed hardwood) this week. It’s amazing! You’re gonna be so grossed out by how dirty the pads look after you clean lol. I suggest buying extra pads! They hold up really well in the wash though.

Its light weight and easy to use. Water tank is small so have to refill multiple times. The grip pad does not attach properly and has some additional pad thats leaving scraches to the walls.

I went against some of the negative reviews because, lets face it, you cant please everyone. Let me first start with those negatives. Having had a previous version of the shark steam mop, yes the cord is a bit shorter. So move it to another outlet. Problem solved. You have to pump it. Well, it is not a vacuum cleaner that you just run across the floor. Youre not really pumping it when you push it. It pumps so smoothly, it is barely any work. Those were the only negatives I saw that I remember and now that I have turned those positive, lets move on to other great things about this mop. The pads are great. They are thick and way better than the previous version. It is not loud at all. My last mop sounded like I was trying fish. The reservoir comes out. My previous shark you had to pour into the reservoir and it didnt come out. This is great. The reservoir is way bigger too. It mopped smooth and even and was just great for the price. I think it should cost more. I love steam mops and I literally blew up my last one. My floors get super dirty. I have all boys in my house. Its quick, simple, takes less time, and doesnt make your arm sore. I absolutely love this!!!! I cant say enough. I probably forgot something, but I hope others will look past the negative people who can never be pleased anyway and see just how enjoyable it is to keep floor surfaces clean. Satisfying while using and satisfying after, looking at a freshly mopped floor.

I literally love this thing. My floors have never felt this clean from Swiffer or anything alone. Definitely think it’s a good value comparatively to other products that do the same thing. I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because I wish you could control power on/off. The directions say to not leave it idle while plugged in, yet you have to wait a minute or two for it to actually start getting hot and producing steam. You can’t really set it anywhere until you unplug it and let it cool.

I’ve been wanting to buy since we moved into our new home back in august. Was hesitant and then saw this was on deal. I should’ve bought 7 months ago! So compact and easy to use. My floors look so clean. I use the Shark solution and love the scents. Also just ordered the extra mop heads because I use everyday now since it is so easy to use and we have 3 dogs and one loves to play in mud. Love this product and definitely recommend.

I had my doubts on this steamer, however, I am amazed at how well this works. I still have linoleum in my bathrooms and kitchen. This flooring has minute grooves in it. Even though I would mop my floor with cleaners, and bleach, it wasn’t until I used this steamer that I realized how ineffective mopping was. The first time I used this it made my flooring look brand new. All the little grooves/texture of the linoleum were clear, the white “grout” lines were white again. I am so impressed I highly, highly recommend this. The cord length is very generous, the water reservoir is adequate. The maneuverability is great for getting under cabinets. I wish it came with another mop head. You can order more from the site or Amazon. Love this!

I almost had to send this back. Had it put together in 2 minutes, very easy. Filled the water chamber, plugged it in, the little light came on and nothing.... I re read the instructions, I re positioned the water chamber, and then, I got so frustrated I slammed it on the floor and guess what?? It started working! Not sure what that was all about, but once it started working, I never had another problem. So thats why 4 not 5 stars. It did a great job cleaning my very dirty floors. I have 3 dogs who slobber and this works great on cleaning up their mess!

THIS is the floor cleaning help I have been waiting for for years! Lightweight, easy to get going (water heats up in less than a minute), and cleans like a PRO. I have tile floors in the kitchen, entryway, hallways and bathrooms. All these areas get a lot of use and get dirty really fast after I clean them- so it was always frustrating when I was using a mop, pail, and water with cleaning solution. SUCH A PRODUCTION. Not to mention having to wait to walk in the wet floors (try telling a hungry teenage boy he cant go to the fridge because you just mopped). Now? I fill this thing with tap water, plug it in where I want to end my mopping (nice long cord- huge plus!), it heats up in a jiffy, a couple of pumps on the handle to get the steam flowing, and were in business! The first time I used it, I couldnt quite believe how easily it cleaned the floor and how much grime it was lifting even from the grout. Its that powerful. I love that it barely wets the floor, which means that it dries super quickly. Also a huge plus in my book- no more cleaning solution necessary! I have small dogs, so was always careful about what products I used because they eat from the floor- now I no longer have to worry that they might be lacking chemicals. And finally, I only have to store one skinny item, instead of three (mop, pail, cleaner). Whats not to love?!
