> 24 hourDoes a great job on floors but not as easy to use when doing stairs. Needs to have a better system when you lift away and use the hose for the stairs. it doesnt have a good head on the hose for cleaning the surfaces of the stairs. Amazed at how much dirt, dust and hair it collects every time it is used.

> 24 hourWe have owned the previous equivalent model of this vacuum for about eight years. We love shark vacuums, and they’re efficiency, ease-of-use, and cost of operation.

> 24 hourThis vacuum picks up hair/dirt pretty well, but it doesnt have as many options for rug height like my first Shark did. For me the cord is on the wrong side. I push the vacuum with my right hand and hold the cord in my left so it isnt constantly in the way, but the cord on this vacuum is on the right side of the vacuum, so its awkward. It also has an incredibly short cord compared to my first Shark. With my other Shark I could vacuum the whole house (small 1-floor ranch), but with this one I have to stop and move to a different outlet to finish. Not a big deal, but annoying nonetheless. I find removing the wand for hard to reach places awkward as well. Overall I guess its an okay vacuum and Ill get used to the little annoyances.

> 24 hourDo you have a pet that sheds so much on a weekly basis you could make whole liters of new pets from their hair? GET THIS VACUUM. I love my dog but the shedding is excessive, on every surface. If you want to seamlessly vacuum wood floors and go right onto carpet with the push of a button - THIS vacuum does that. If you want a vacuum that gets into spaces you normally can’t - THIS ONE. If you want to stop spending HOURS every week sweeping your floor, this one will save you time and back pain! The one downside is it is a little on the heavier side but I think the weight helps it pick up as much as it does. I don’t mind getting a little workout in while the floor is being cleaned!

> 24 hourI could not be any happier with this vacuum both on carpet and tile floors. We are extremely pleased with how maneuverable it is. It works SO WELL.

> 24 hourI am in love with this vacuum. After years of use I decided to retire my old Shark navigator and had been so please by its quality that I knew I wanted another Shark vacuum. After looking at all the different types I settled on this one. We have 2 Great Pyrenees and a cat that shed insane amounts. This vacuum doesnt skip a beat. The suction is powerful enough that sometimes I feel like it wants to eat the carpet. Thats the kind of power I need. Im tall and the handle is long enough that I dont feel like Im constantly straining my back or crouched over to vacuum. The cord length is ample and I find it pretty easy to maneuver around furniture and different types of flooring. I really enjoy this vacuum.

> 24 hourI purchased this unit over the Dysan. Originally I thought their suction couldnt be beaten but then I read the reviews about Dysan, did my research, and learned how their quality had lessened and people didnt feel it was worth the money. The Shark Rotator was very highly rated and many users were very satisfied with the quality, performance, and suction. I have been using now for almost 4 months and I am glad I purchased it. It took me a little getting used to understanding the different attachments and how the parts assembled/disassembled to allow portability and the cleaning of different surfaces. It is great on carpets, and allows you to turn off the beaters to vacuum tile floors. It is also compact and fits easily into my coat closet. I do like the color and design. The ergonomic handle is a great plus. Overall, it is very sleek. Some of the features I am not as satisfied with are the length of the cord which seems a bit short, the length of the hose to use the different attachments can be a bit limited even with the canister removed and lifted near your work, also the weight is a bit heavy. I think they did a great job trying to keep everything compact and I understand that the shortcomings were probably an outcome of keeping it lighter, smaller, etc. I do have to point out that that I repetitively bang the attachment holder into my shin. That is placed badly for me. So I have to make a mental note not to be too quick to forget. Many bruises. I think you will be pleased with this item and very satisfied. Its a quality made item and performs just great. I hope this is helpful. John

> 24 hourAnother Great Shark product. Amazing suction and lots of very useful tools. Very heavy compared to others but the quality is worth it. Works perfectly on hard floor and the light feature is extremely handy. If you are going to use this on 1 floor and not carry it up and down stairs, this is the perfect cleaner. Worth every penny.

> 24 hourI dont normally leave reviews, but I just used this vacuum for the first time and I LOVE IT! I have 4 adopted dogs and 1 foster dog currently, so needless to say dog hair is a major issue in my house. I have hardwood floors and area rugs and it cleans both beautifully. Its easy to maneuver around and under furniture. I used it on the furniture too and it did a great job getting the hair! Ive gone through several vacuums over the years and broken a few with what I require from a vacuum. I dont know how this baby will hold up long term, but right now Im definitely in love!!!!!!
