I am in love with this vacuum. After years of use I decided to retire my old Shark navigator and had been so please by its quality that I knew I wanted another Shark vacuum. After looking at all the different types I settled on this one. We have 2 Great Pyrenees and a cat that shed insane amounts. This vacuum doesnt skip a beat. The suction is powerful enough that sometimes I feel like it wants to eat the carpet. Thats the kind of power I need. Im tall and the handle is long enough that I dont feel like Im constantly straining my back or crouched over to vacuum. The cord length is ample and I find it pretty easy to maneuver around furniture and different types of flooring. I really enjoy this vacuum.

This is a great vacuum. Very easy to use. Great suction. Its like a mini shop vac. It picks up alot of dirt and dog hair. Great for steps and upholstery. You will love it!!

When my less powerful but more streamlined Shark died I decided to upgrade to this beast. I did more research than I care to admit, and it was with a little trepidation that I chose another Shark. I thought my other vacuum was up to the job, but it really wasnt. It had to handle pet hair, cat litter, antique wood floors and carpeting, and suck up little pieces of Mother Nature that blow in when you live in the woods. I also wanted to easily be able to do steps, vacuum pet hair off furniture, etc. I wanted a work horse. This baby does not disappoint. It has a heft to it that may take a little getting use to, but it is a beast in the cleaning department. Most of the accessories reside on the machine itself, and the wand easily comes away from the base so you can attach one of the tools which travel along with you. It also has a HEPA filter and is bagless. I highly recommend.

This has very goosdsuction and lifts the pet hair from carpet pet bedding and furniture, Pet power tool not like our other Shark Lift Away tool (motorized) I would still recommend this vacuum.

We’ve had a lot of different vacuums over the years and I must say so far it’s the best!!! I really like the lift away feature.

I purchased this unit over the Dysan. Originally I thought their suction couldnt be beaten but then I read the reviews about Dysan, did my research, and learned how their quality had lessened and people didnt feel it was worth the money. The Shark Rotator was very highly rated and many users were very satisfied with the quality, performance, and suction. I have been using now for almost 4 months and I am glad I purchased it. It took me a little getting used to understanding the different attachments and how the parts assembled/disassembled to allow portability and the cleaning of different surfaces. It is great on carpets, and allows you to turn off the beaters to vacuum tile floors. It is also compact and fits easily into my coat closet. I do like the color and design. The ergonomic handle is a great plus. Overall, it is very sleek. Some of the features I am not as satisfied with are the length of the cord which seems a bit short, the length of the hose to use the different attachments can be a bit limited even with the canister removed and lifted near your work, also the weight is a bit heavy. I think they did a great job trying to keep everything compact and I understand that the shortcomings were probably an outcome of keeping it lighter, smaller, etc. I do have to point out that that I repetitively bang the attachment holder into my shin. That is placed badly for me. So I have to make a mental note not to be too quick to forget. Many bruises. I think you will be pleased with this item and very satisfied. Its a quality made item and performs just great. I hope this is helpful. John

I do have to say this has suction power but that’s all I was impressed with. This shark is bulky and a little on the heavy side. I am returning this product. I vacuum twice a day due to dog hair. This vacuum does not fit under my couches and beds and therefore you have to move furniture. Also, it states no hair wrapping on roller. With three long haired females in the home this proved false on day one. The roller brush does not come out for cleaning and making it difficult to remove the long hair.

Purchased this unit to replace a prior Shark Unit that I enjoyed with the exception of the constant cleaning of the brush having two long haired dogs. Bought this unit because of the design, dual roller system and tangle free self cleaning brush roller advertised design. Well the front roller self cleans and always looks great, the rear roller, main drive to pull debris into the vacuum itself tangles and needs regular cleaning. Just two months old, the main roller locked up. Cleaned it out but the roller was completely locked which wasnt typical from prior cleanings, while cleaning the brush was previously able to rotate it to make sure the cleaning was thorough, not this time, complete lock up. Can not access the gear ends, wasnt sure if there might be something caught in there, and being only two months old, did not want to crack it open and void any type of warranty. Hah! Called customer support, very helpful in doing a video link call to examine the product to try and trouble shoot. After checking the unit out, was told the limited warranty did not cover the drive roller, it was considered a wearable part! The roller was perfectly fine, it wasnt worn, it was some type of problem with the drive system. Possibly small debris tucked up in the gears, but there is no access to the brush end gears without a complete dismantle. Because it wasnt a warranty part, I was told the part would be $79.95! Seriously? Almost a third of the cost of the unit! Looked over the warranty as I was speaking with the rep, and complained how a motorized unit that was no longer working was a wearable part, and only two months old. Rep offered the part at 50%, plus tax and free shipping. Had to point out that I resided in a tax free state, that he followed up on after originally telling me tax was charged to my state, got that worked out anyway. I liked the vacuum up until this point. Really has a lot of power, and have to get used to the carpet air adjustment on the handle and bought the part at the 50% cost after we squared away the tax, maybe an error, maybe another way to squeeze an extra nickel, but will be the last shark product I purchase.......
