> 3 dayThe only thing that I was disappointed about was I thought all liftaways meant it has capability to clean under furniture like my old shark. It has to say “powered” lift away for that option. Also is a little heavier than the last shark. Gave to daughter in law and ordered correct model

> 3 dayWhen my less powerful but more streamlined Shark died I decided to upgrade to this beast. I did more research than I care to admit, and it was with a little trepidation that I chose another Shark. I thought my other vacuum was up to the job, but it really wasnt. It had to handle pet hair, cat litter, antique wood floors and carpeting, and suck up little pieces of Mother Nature that blow in when you live in the woods. I also wanted to easily be able to do steps, vacuum pet hair off furniture, etc. I wanted a work horse. This baby does not disappoint. It has a heft to it that may take a little getting use to, but it is a beast in the cleaning department. Most of the accessories reside on the machine itself, and the wand easily comes away from the base so you can attach one of the tools which travel along with you. It also has a HEPA filter and is bagless. I highly recommend.

Greater than one weekUpdate: 4/28/22 It is a great vacuum, but the hinge on the lid on the dust canister broke off about 6 months ago. I can still use it, but it is a pain when I have to empty the canister. I frequently dump the canister on my clean floor. I had the Shark Rotator Powered Lift Away NV681 & I loved it!! It died (I am hard on vacuums) & I replaced it with ZU782. This one is a bit heavier (So maybe it is sturdier & will last longer?) & doesnt drive quite as easily as the NV681. The ZU782 is wonderful. It gets close to the baseboards. It has great suction. I love being able to use the hose short or longer & having the tools easily available. I love that the headlight stays on when I park it to use the hose so that I can see in the corners or under the edges of the cabinets. I didnt like that about the NV681. The light was only on when you were vacuuming with the handle pulled back. Also, has a nice long cord.

> 3 dayI do not like this Shark, I cant I do not like it, so I shant I do not like it, so I rant I do not like it. I. Just. Cant. Its heavy and its awkward It pulls you to and fro Its hard to steer around your room But dont you let it go, ka-Zoom!! Do not buy this Shark, I say Do not buy it! No, I say. Do not think about it twice. Do not think about it thrice! Just go now. Just run away... Or it will run away... on you! All fun aside --- Oh... It does have suction power but pulls you with it. And I mean it Pulls hard. You almost have to fight with it to pull it back towards you and then it just wants to take off. Getting it to the upright position again is another issue - because it doesnt like being still- it just wants to keep moving. The pet hair attachments arent that great either- they are very awkward to use and miss a lot. I really miss having a retractable cord too. None of the attachments stay clipped in well or easily. On top of all that, the dust cup is so small that even in my tiny living room (only 15x15,) I have to empty the cup often, at least 4 times every time I vacuum. I thought Id only have to do that the first couple of times I used it. Nope. We dont exactly have a house full of kids running around either so it shouldnt be that full. Im starting to wonder if its eating my carpet. I havent had back spasms in over 10 years. They showed up the day after I started using this vacuum cleaner. Hmmm... Theres other Shark vacuum cleaners that are great- this isnt one of them.

> 3 dayVacuum is heaver then what it says. Heaver then the old vacuums back in the day. My wrist hurts from just using it for 10 minutes. I can not expect my cleaning service to take this up and down the stairs. No smooth on turns and does not have a good suction as I was hopping for. Also, was shipped without the manual of how to put together or use. For the money, I would not recommend.

> 3 dayRefined suction - doesnt rip your curtains down or pull up throw rugs but if you see dirt along the edge of a baseboard you see it get sucked right up. Super sealed! I have always sneezed my ass of when vacuuming with this thing the air itself actually feels and smells dust free. You could probably just turn it on with the wand in the air and it would act like an air filtration system like the old Rainbows! -Best ergonomics of any vacuum I have ever had. I still own a 15 year old Dyson animal but its heavy and clunky. I also had a Shark from 5 years ago that had a pull away function but it was a pain in the ass and would not sit flat. The wand or the handle both separate with ease. And the swivel where the hose is attached as seen in pic above prevents the hose from getting stretched out. DUO system - I didnt really care about this when I bought it but I flipping love it! You know how your floor feels on your bare feet after its been physically wiped down? Well that is how it makes your hard surface floors feel. - easy to care for every hose and filter is easy to access which makes it easy to clean. People wonder why their stuff dies... you have to maintain it. - The only are of concern I have is how the hose that come out of the top is in a state of permanent flex as shown in the picture. Over time this must wear out but time will tell.

> 3 dayThis is my first shark product, recommended by a neighbor and it got good reviews. bought it for my office. The instructions to put it together were hard to understand. I called the 800 number which got me to Canada and a very patient rep helped me. There are several things I dont like. The power button is not on the handle. There is no button to shift and swivel the vacuum- just a foot print on the bottom and it takes a bit of maneuvering to get it to shift downward. There are 3 separate attachments but only 2 places on the machine so I have to figure out where to keep the 3rd and then remember where I put it! It is difficult to get the container off to empty it. I am afraid of breaking the fasteners. (I have a Bissel at home and it is much easier). I also have a canister Oreck at home and I like that the cord retracts into the machine. This one I have to wind around. So why didnt I return it? I wanted to see the suction and how it cleaned and that is very good. And now it is dirty, so I guess Ill adjust. But if I had to buy another, I would not buy this model.

> 3 dayI paid for and ordered a NEW vacuum. As I unpacked my vacuum, I started to notice that there was minimal packaging. A bit odd, but I kept going. Then as I read the manual to assemble and use, I get to the end and see that it is a refurbished product with a 90 day warranty. I’m asking for a refund. This is unacceptable. I carefully selected a NEW price option and nothing in the description says it is not new.

> 3 dayI had big expectations for the price. I’m really happy with it. I love the filtration, as my son has severe asthma. I can’t believe how much I am getting up when I get this bad boy out!
