> 3 dayIll be honest I did a ton of research before ordering this lens so I knew what I was getting and man am I glad I got it. I absolutely love this lens, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. This lens is sharper than a chefs knife. It is super sharp even at f1.4. The bokah is superb. I am using it on a6300 and the lack of OSS is no issue for me, however I have only used it for photo so far not video. I did notice some purple fringing and mabye a small amount of distortion but beraly noticeable. The lens does hunt a little at times but to be honest I knew all of this going into it so surprises there. I will say this non of the negatives matter at all compared to the picture quality that this lens delivers. One click on an editing software fixes any fringing or distortion. If your contemplating if you should get this GET IT trust me.

> 3 dayI love the sharpness of this lens and fast enough AF. Although my 30mm rattles very little as opposed to the 19mm cousin focus motor can be heard in movies especially when the lens is pointed down (Even in MF)...nonetheless price (140) makes it the best purchases you can make for your MFT camera.

> 3 dayThis is a fantastic lens for my a6300 . The build quality is not the worlds best but much better then many of the Sonys. Also light for the size. Coming from the Sony 35mm 1.8 oss can the Sigma is much sharper all the way through with better contrast. Wide open to about f4 on higher contrast areas there is purple fringing which is a little disappointing. Considering my Rokinon 50mm 1.2 has a little Wide open and in between f2-2.8 it is gone. I have also noticed this lens does not seem as snappy with auto focus as my Sony 35mm. Now I sold the Sony so I cant do a side by side but at least in low light the Sigma hunts and second guesses its self more. When it hits it , it is dead on. There is slight distortion but it is expected on a 30mm. Now if you shoot video dont buy this. Focus by wire is horrible for video. Unless you will be using af for video or filming yourself stay away from this(Rokinon is better for video). For photography I would recommend this, it is the best 30mm/35mm in the e mount line up at this price. The images you get have great contrast and are plenty sharp. Just wish they handled the purple fringing better. For the price it is hard to complain. Great lens.

> 3 dayThis is my go to lens these days for my Sony A6500. It focuses fast and is always tack sharp. It produces excellent images, free of distortion.

> 3 daySOOOO beautiful in low light! 30mm is an amazing all around photo lens, but no zoom can be a bummer at times. Especially with video. Video is cinematic and absolutely stunning, but no OIS makes a tripod helpful, or a gimbal if youre going all out!
