Greater than one weekOur son is Autistic as well as a master locksmith and can get any door unlocked to get to our trampoline aka his happy place. The problem is he was sneaking out in the wee hours of the AM and we didnt know (back yard is fenced in.) So we needed a lock and came to Amazon to find what we needed and this was it. Installation was easy and works great!! Highly recommended!!

> 3 dayThese are well designed and have a super strong adhesive. While the directions on the box tell you to just peel and stick in place, its best to clean the surface you want to stick it on first. There are no instructions on how to remove these when the time comes, but just assume that once removed they cannot be reused. I will use them to lock a window open a few inches, and prevent it from being opened all the way. These can also be used on any doors that slide past each other, like sliding closet doors, shower doors, and cabinet doors. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
