Greater than one weekI bought the two pack and decided to use them right away, we just got a new sliding glass door installed, and I applied bot pieces , one on top and one on bottom for extra security, it was so easy to peel and stick, and they are a nice size too, saves from little ones opening the door, grand children m who like to open doors, and they cannot open it and get outside, so they are a true gem, thank you, I will recommend them to my children for their doors too!!

Greater than one weekIf you have a little one in your home, buy this! This is so easy to install because you dont need any tools. Just make sure to clean the area you want to adhere it, peel the backing off, stick it on, and youre done! It operates as advertised. Easy-peasy as my little niece would say! Highly recommended.

> 3 dayThe lock works good on a sliding glass door. I got this as a child lock that I can put up high so my son cannot open the sliding glass door. It was very easy to install!

> 3 dayEl articulo es perfecto para lo que deseaba. Mi hijo pequeño ya no puede abrir facilmente la puerta corrediza. ESO SI LE SUGUIERO QUE LO COLOQUE BASTANTE ARRIBA, por si su hij@ es como el mio que busca hasta una silla para tratar de abrir la puerta.

Greater than one weekThe house I live in is a rental and I just happen to have a sliding glass door and a four-year-old nephew who knows how to operate it. This child lock ended up being the perfect solution to keeping him inside despite his best efforts. I was worried about the thickness being too much, but after measuring everything out to make sure I had the clearance it seemed okay, so I cleaned off the door, peeled off the backing and just stuck this on. All in all, installation was incredibly simple, and this lock was way better made and sturdier than I had initially expected. The lock does generally require two hands to close easily, but you can do it with one if you really try. Opening it though is very simple and it pops open firmly with no issues. There’s only one setting, so if you want the door open different amounts you could line up a few in the door and use those as successive steps, but I’m fine with just having a lock “closed.” As far as versatility in use? I did try these on some sliding windows but they lacked the clearance to work on mine. It might be different for some folks, but I found this was a sliding glass door only solution. Not a problem really, because that’s what I bought it for, but something to note. Overall? These are great. The perfect way to child lock a sliding glass door with no screws or damage to the door itself.

> 3 dayThis product was not easy to install and didn’t work. I put it in my door going from My dining room to my backyard and the lock didn’t secure the door from being closed more than the lock on the sliding door that it came with. Not sure what I did wrong or if it’s not a good product.

> 3 dayYears back I had someone climb my balcony and push open my slide door to rob us. Although I live in a safe neighborhood now,I just added to this our kitchen slide door which is on the second floor and its pretty solid.

> 3 dayThis is such a simple and easy to use device but well may well thought out. I just love it. It does what it advertised. Stop the door from moving. Keeps it open just the amount you want. No more. Im really glad I got it
