Sonic Colors - Nintendo Wii

This is a really solid modern sonic game it features fun and inventive level design, killer music and really bright beautiful colors (pun definitely intended?). My only real gripe with sonic colors is that like MOST of modern Sonic outings it can at times feel more like an on rails theme-park ride and less like a 3d platformer that wants to challenge the player for more than 3 seconds. That said, I did enjoy my time with Sonic Colors and it has found a nice place in my collection. If you are a fan of titles such as Sonic Adventure or Sonic Generations then I would say this one is definitely worth a pick-up just dont expect anything ground breaking.

As long as I can remember, I have been enjoying sonic games. However, as many of us know, sonic has made a significant decline in the quality of their games. No need to panic, this game brings it back. First, I will establish what I felt were the strengths and weaknesses of the game: Pros (strengths): Mixes 3d with 2d well Interesting Storyline Limits it to just sonic and tails Separate worlds of creativity Cons (weaknesses): Too much going on in background Frustrating repetition acts are tougher than bosses Bottomline: This sonic game is the best since the originals hands down. It is worth 20-30 dollars, but i would not say its worth 50 at other stores.

I brought this for my 6 year old daughter who is very into video games. We were able to play right away, but not get great scores. We went online and found out that you are not able to get to all of the rings until you have made it to higher levels, collect the right color wisps and then return to the lower levels. This game will keep us busy for quite a while since it has many levels.

My son truly enjoys the game

Not as great as some of the other straightforward sonic games. These can get pretty confusing to start with for 6 year olds. But he still likes it so its good.

not as great as people say but still a good game and a great way that got sonic back on track for a little while I remember getting this game when it came out and just being surprised at the game overall however Lost the game shortly after that but now I have it again and so excited

if youve been disappointed with sonic games since the dreamcast then sonic colors certainly gives some hope for the blue hedgehog, its a fun game with a nice variety environments and gamestyles. It feels much more of a true sonic game than sonic 4 did and that has been missing for a long while. Definitely worth a purchase for wii owners

I ordered it last week Friday for my little sister and it just came today. Shes been wanting that game for awhile now. She opened it as soon as she finished her homework and she loves it! We both would recommend it

Considering I myself havent really played the game but a handful of times I thought it was quite interesting. For anyone who may have played the orginal Sonic games for Sega and when they were younger it is similar to that but if you havent played them in awhile like myself it seems harder lol. We purchased this game and another for my children for Xmas and they still enjoy playing this one. Where as they already beat the other game this one they are still working on. And my kids dont get to play video games every waking hour normally only on weekends.

my grandson liked it but it he said he finished it or something to that nature
