> 24 hourBuy these. You won’t regret it. Especially if you are in zoom calls as much as I am. I have zero complaints about these headphones and too many great things to list here. Watch MKBHD’s review of these on YouTube.

> 24 hoursound quality is okay. when linked to my phone, it was great when streaming movies in my house but when walking outside, wind was amplified and i turned up the volume more than i normally would. didnt get much use for music bc it sounded a bit tinny. my mic was atrocious for conference calls online and the top of my head hurt after wear - i found myself in pain after 10 to 15 minutes. i eventually found myself not using these after the first few weeks, especially since my colleagues consistently gave feedback that they couldnt hear me (mic was just awful). overall, i didnt feel these offer any benefits since they are so uncomfortable and the mic was useless for conference calls.

> 24 hourLet me preface this by saying I had originally purchased a prior version of this headphone, the WH-1000XM2s, and I liked them a lot for a while. The noise cancelling was good, the battery life was good and the headphones just worked. However after a year or so the right earphone started developing a popping/clicking noise when noise cancelling was enabled. There was also occasionally an extremely loud screech/feedback noise from the headphones when ANC was on. I contacted Sony support and eventually I got them to agree to send a replacement set. That set never arrived, Im not sure why but I didnt feel like jumping through any more hoops as it was already like pulling teeth to get them to admit their product broke so I just turned off ANC.
