> 24 hourThe sound quality is superb. Although, the only other $300 pair I have had was the Parrot Zik 3, I can say these sound even better than those. First thing I noticed when putting them on was how light they were. They fit over my ears perfectly.

> 24 hourThe headphones smart feature of turning down your volume whenever it detects your voice is incredibly frustrating in the age of online/video calls. The headphone allows you to disable speech detection though I have found it randomly re-activates itself, muting the speaker every time you try to talk during a conference call.

> 24 hourNoise cancellation is significantly worse than Bose QC. Controlled via an app that CONSTANTLY disconnects and will not reconnect to my headphones. Constantly has trouble being discovered by my macbook, or will say that it is connected but the sound still plays off my laptop instead of the headphones. Gave this 2 hours of play before telling my boyfriend to return it. Terrible headphones do not recommend.

> 24 hourI sometimes want to use this headset without music, e.g., to reduce noise while I sleep on long flights. You cant do that with this headset because after maybe 10 min it shuts off (and you hear power off, which wakes me up). I asked Sony customer support about this and they told me the headset is designed for use while listening to music and if I want to avoid this problem the only option is to plug in an audio cable. That seems like a poor product design for a headset that supports Bluetooth (part of why I bought this headset was to avoid having to plug in cables). The CSR said this was to preserve power, in response to which I suggested that they consider adding an option to disable this functionality. In the meantime I am giving it a 2* rating because its not clear from the product detail page that you cant use the headset for noise cancellation without audio input, so I feel somewhat deceived. This was a $300 purchase to replace my previous Bose headset, which didnt have this problem.

> 24 hourBought these to use to watch TV. They are great. Some very serious noise canceling, better than anything else I have tried.

> 24 hourThe touch controls are not like the xm3s but everything else is pretty much fixed from the 3s, the screeches from extending them to put them on is fixed, the sound control is good and the bass feels more there overall everything is amazing except touch controls but you get used to it

> 24 hourI use these headphones at home to listen to music or movies. The simultaneous connection feature still needs work. Sometimes when listening to music or a movie on my iPad, my phone rings, these seamlessly switch to the phone call but do not always switch back when the phone call is over, you have to shut off the headphones and turn them back on. This can also happen anytime you pick up your phone and check a message, google something, etc. I also do not like having to use the app to put the headphones into pairing mode. Everything seems to be through the app.
