The worst thing about the headphones is the noise cancelling is weaker compared to the strongest ANC on the market, but the noise cancelling is still great. The app is good, but could be confusing for some and is by no means perfect. Where these headphones really shine is sounds quality, ergonomics, and reliability. There might be some headphones with better sound quality than these, but they are far and few in between. You can listen to music for hours and hours and hardly feel uncomfortable at all, I myself have fallen asleep with them on many times. If you are taking calls with them then they might get a little uncomfortable in an hour or so. As far as reliable these headphones are, I havnt dropped mine many times, but I have slept on them and left them in the steaming bathroom during a shower and they have had zero drop in function from that. The noise cancelling is good but has an annoying wind noise if you put them next to a fan.
