> 3 dayThe noise canceling is great! The bluetooth connectivity management is great! But this headset fails in the worst way possible. All that background noise you dont hear while talking to colleagues over MS Teams? Yes, THEY hear it ALL. I received many complaints from people I was speaking to. Can you mute? No I cant, because there isnt a mute button on the headset! Sony does not guarantee their noise cancelling to work with apps like MS Teams. Mine is going back.

> 3 dayUpgrading from the Bose QC 35 (1st gen) and even though the Bose felt a tad bit more comfortable around the ears, the sound quality and noise cancellation of the xm4 is far superior. Multi-device support is great but is a bit buggy sometimes switching between my laptop and phone. Hopefully thatll get fixed in a future update.

So, I went along and ordered the Sony WH-1000XM4 headphone. Everything I read in the reviews were mostly correct, except that no one reported or caught the fact that the Sony WH-1000XM4 is incompatible with the new Samsung TV operating system, Tizen.
