I quickly upgraded from the SONY WH-1000XM3 when I found out that this device can pair to multiple devices at once. That sounded amazing, and I was really looking forward, as I use bluetooth headphones to connect to both my phone and my computer.

Insanse comfort and sound cancellation

These are amazing headphones, well worth every penny.

They tried to possibly scam me by buying a new cover for these headphones, trying to make me think they were the correct pair. I take them out of the nice looking box, check the build.

The headphones offer a remarkable reproduction of sound. I particularly appreciate listening to mostly classical music but also to listen to audiobooks withou disturbing family members sharing the same soace

Seriously amazing! Great sound quality, and so many helpful, cleaver features (answering a call, hearing someone speaking to you, volume control) with the touch of a finger. LOVE these.

I purchased these headphones in June of 2021. After having them for a few months I noticed a decline in efficiency of the noise cancellation (ANC). After some Googling, it appears this may have been caused by running the ANC Optimizer in the mobile app. Many have reported this issue and factory resetting does not solve it. Today, just under two years of ownership, the noise cancellation causes a windy, echo-y, tinny sound quality in the right ear. Not only that, it sometimes has an extremely loud feedback noise in that ear. I contacted Sony support, but because the headphones only have a 1-year warranty, there is nothing they can do but give me the phone number of a repair center where I would have to pay out-of-pocket. These were great when I first got them, but I just cant recommend them after this experience. A pair of headphones this expensive should last much longer than a couple years without an issue.

Headphones are great for listening to music. However, they are not good for Zoom / Phone calls. Mic quality is not good - lots of complains from people Ive talked to. So Im switching back to Apple AirPods.

I use my headphones with my phone and laptop. Unfortunately, connecting them both is extremely buggy.
