> 24 hourThe headphones are simply amazing from sound, comfort and amazing ANC. I take a public bus I barley hear anyone around me (Vacation for my ears). These headphones are amazing the build quality of the headphones feels a little cheap That’s my only knock against them. They are super lightweight And the vegan leather feels super soft. The carry case in his self-is kind of cool it looks sorta like an origami piece. I would recommend these headphones to anyone that needs a vacation for there ears.

> 24 hourI loved my MX3s. I still have them and when I got the MX5s I tested them. The equalizer and sound is better. The ANC, though? No. Its not great at all, and the app does not help make it any easier--like all of Sonys stuff, they overdo the app and make it hard to easily use, tiny buttons, and slow slow slow response on my iPhone 14 pro. The worst part is the case and lack of foldability. While I love how light these are, they dont fold like my MX3, making them bulky and hard to pack. I will not use the case it weighs almost as much as the headphones. Why they dont fold is beyond me and poor design. While I love the pause when you take them off, if you wear them around your neck theyll restart again immediately and the touch buttons are too sensitive and do the same thing. I was willing to live with them until I tried a friends Airpod Max. While those are way pricier, Im sold on those--way more comfy and the sound is better, plus they fold. I was hoping for much better for these, but not it. The reviews with all the audiophiles gushing over the ANC are horsehockey--simply not that great. The bulkiness and the poor app design (an ongoing reason Sony lost the phone and electronics battle) dont help, either.

> 24 hourIt has some connection issues with my Samsung TV (and Im not sure whose fault that is), and it also randomly disconnects from whatever its connected to from time to time, but as noise-cancelling headphones go, its practically perfect. I live 12 miles from an air base and for some reason, the jets have to fly over MY HOUSE, EVERY SINGLE DAY OF MY LIFE. I hate it here, but these have restored a portion of my sanity. If you have any hatred for any noise that you cant control, get these! Expensive, but worth the price!

> 24 hourI loved these headphones, and they are very nice in every way. Great sound quality for being Bluetooth. The side touch panel was quite annoying, as I would go to turn up the volume right before the chorus of the song just to be met with my song skipping to the next song. Because when you wear the headphones they sit on an angle on your ear so that they fit the shape of your ear. So often when I try to swipe up to turn up the sound I instead input the command to skip the song forward or backward. Dont know how this happens so easily. THE PROBLEM: I do not know if I have a faulty pair but in the past week of me having them (purchased 24 days ago) I have noticed twice now that I will be listening to music then suddenly I will be met with a jarring sound (nearly a screech) for around 4-6 seconds before my headphones suddenly stop my music and disconnect from my phone. The first time this happened it was as I was taking my headphones off, I put them back on to hear the continuing screeching then the headphones turned off without me pressing the power button. The second time this happened was when I was just listening to music, my hand never even reached for the headphones when suddenly the screech came up and shut off my headphones. I have no idea what is causing this, both times my headphones were sufficiently charged. I would be willing to send these in if it meant I got a full refund. I would totally recommend these to anyone, but then this happened to my 400-dollar headphones... now I am questioning the quality of this product and whether or not this model is prone to bugs in their system. Trying to get a refund now...

> 24 hourI had a very nice performing budget ANC headphones for a few years, which unfortunately not sold anymore. As they statted peeling off and I accidentally broke one side, decised to go to a new pair. The issue is that I recently was very disappointed with high advertised medium priced headphones, so after a bunch of research I went to these, as multiple sources indicated xm4 or xm5 as best recommendation. It is understated luxury. Box not flashy, headphones smooth without any huge brand names, fit perfectly, came in galf charged. After turning them on, I did not even need to invoke pairing dialog on my laptop, it automatically jumped out offering to pair. After paired to my phone and installing app, it automatically caught that I use Google Assistant and not Alexa and suggest to be linked to. Taps and swipes for managing volume, pause, tracks are so intuitive, I needed only to glance through the instructions and see hold and swipe, and it made sense. So far first impression is great - you pay not for flashiness, but for comfort, quality and ease of use. I still need to read more about multipoint pairing between phone and laptop, as I want to be able to listen to music from phone, but respond to meeting calls coming in from laptop wherever needed.

> 24 hourAmazing headphones but issues with auto off, chat to speak features, they don’t work as intended so they have to be turn off, almost everyone is having issues with these features, you can do a quick google search. Hopefully we will get some updates from Sony..
