> 24 hourDid exactly what I expected it to do and then some. Didnt expect the bass to be as good as it is so that was a plus, overall great headphones

> 24 hourI read a lot of great reviews on these headphones. Most list them as being the best or in the top 5 at least, so I was excited to get them. They sound good, the noise cancelling is good, and I found them comfortable. Those 3 things are why I even gave them 3 stars. But there are some serious flaws for headphones this expensive and are competing against higher end brands. They only provided a 1 foot long cable to charge the headphones, which is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever seen. They did not include an actual charger, just a USB C cable, but that I dont mind so much. The short cable length is so absurd, that I actually laughed when I opened the box. I wasnt laughing when I had to go buy another cable and a charger though. 1 foot is completely useless. For the money these cost, would a 3 or even 6 foot cable cable really be so unreasonable to expect? For goodness sakes. They essentially include nothing to charge the headphones with. Keep that in mind when youre paying almost $400 for these.

> 24 hourExcellent product and easy to use. Love the touch features for volume and track advance. Ive always been a Bose fan, but Sony has won me over with a comparable product and the touch features.

> 24 hourThe only downside is that if you wear them for more than 2 hours your ears get hot.

> 24 hourAll worked well with the exception of audio calls sounded like an echo on my side of the call. Called into Sony support and received zero help. Returned to Amazon for a full refund. Will stick with Bose since I never had a problem with my QC25s.

> 24 hourComfortable over the ears. Good ambient noise canceling. Battery life is good. Pairing with multiple devices and switching between them isn’t as simple as I would like. Not used the mobile app much.

> 24 hourThese are great headphones if your priority is noise reduction. The audio quality leaves a little to be desired compared with the Bang and Olufsen H9i, which I compared side by side. Sony is a little heavy on the bass and mid range is somewhat muddled. The H9i is more precise and defined with a normal bass. The construction of the H9i is more solid and less plasticky compared to the Sony. Some have reported that the Sony structure has cracked with use. but the Sony excels in its touch controls where the B+O is more finicky and less reliable.

> 24 hourAfter going through headsets from Shure, Bose, and JBL (avoid JBL like it was a plague-rat infested ship in the mid-late 1300s), I am finally happy with my headphones. These Sony WH1000XM3s arent cheap by any means, but they are the first ones Ive owned that are worth what you paid for.
