OK, first of all these work! My husband and I noticed on day one that we have more energy through the day. In fact, my husband started to notice that when he took these late in the day, he had a hard time falling asleep at night. I thought he was nuts then it happened to me! I took two at about 5pm and had a hard time falling asleep. Bad for night but great during the day! They do taste horrible I have to say. But you don’t take supplements for the taste. I also have to take with lots and lots of water. They have been known to get stuck going down. That’s no good. But lots of water takes care of that. They are worth a try if you are looking for immune support with energy benefits.

This product is a must have in our house to prevent colds and flu or to kick it out fast if it sneaks up on us. Weve had several friends who couldnt kick their symptoms until we gave them some from our bottle to try. Every single one has gone and bought their own bottles to keep on hand. There has been a faster recovery time for flu in every instance.

A friend recommended this product, but after taking it, I kept burping up a gross taste all day. I don’t know if it’s helping or not, but the fact that the herbs and supplement taste, so disgusting burping it up, I won’t be taking any more. Plus, the pills are very large.

This product has helped over the years with my recurrent bladder infections by reducing the pain quickly and also keeps ne from catching colds if I take extra at the first sign. The tablets taste horrible though. Lol
