I have been using Wellness Formula for years and it works! It is my magic cure when Im run down, been traveling, exposed to sick people, or suffering from allergies. Our family swears by this product. I have been using this for many many years. If anyone in the household has symptoms of a slight cough or cold we take two or three capsules at that moment and then two or three that morning. We usually take two to maintain if we were around others with a cold and that keeps all sickness out of our house. We also discovered that our daughter, (over 18) who the doctors wanted to put on a breathing machine at night does not snore when she takes two in the morning and two at night on a regular basis. Her snoring has been very very bad over the years. But now no machine and just being disciplined to take two in the morning and two at night gives us all a very quiet household.

These really do help with getting better after being sick. Helps get healthy faster and when taken at the first signs of not feeling well, it shortens the time of being sick

I think it works. My daughter was sick and I was taking it every day and did not catch from her. My other child started with sore throat but it stopped on the next day after taking of those capsuled.
