A friend of mine recommended Wellness Formula to me years ago. She said she takes it at the first sign of not feeling well and it immediately keeps illness away. She was right. I take Vitamin D3 daily, but whenever I need a boost of extra vitamins, I take a couple Wellness Formula and it fixes whatever was wrong. I have not had a cold or virus of any kind since I found these miracle vitamins. I do not take them daily. At the first sign of illness, I take two and take another two later in the day, and maybe again the next day. But by then, I am fine again. I always have extra on hand to share with family and friends. This is the best stuff.

I have been using Wellness Formula for years and it works! It is my magic cure when Im run down, been traveling, exposed to sick people, or suffering from allergies. Ive tried lots and lots of immune boosters, and keep coming back to this one. Its legit. The only downside is that the pills are huge and dont taste very nice so you will want a chaser. My chiropractor recommended this to me as a way to boost my immune system. I have definitely taken it consistently and as directed at the very hint of a cold, and Ive ended up getting sinus infections and bronchitis just as usual over the previous months. Instead of this, I would recommend drinking a lot of water, taking a multivitamin, eating a healthy diet, getting plenty of sleep, and eliminating as much stress from your life as possible. Thatll probably be the real trick to health -- not just a weird smelling little pill. UPDATE (5/12): My husband and child were both extremely ill over the past week. My husband was the sickest hes ever been in his life. I took six pills (plus some echinacea tea) the day I felt the sore throat coming on. I DID get sick, but I only got a cough -- no fever, no blistering in the throat, no vomiting, no rash. I am a convert. SECOND UPDATE (11/12): I have a crap immune system. I had shingles in Sept, followed by a kidney infection in October. Horrible! I started taking these again (two in the morning, two in the evening) while I had the kidney infection. My husband and two year old son got a horrible cold and cough, and my husband got bronchitis from it. The little one got ANOTHER cold. Since Ive been consistent with taking it, I have not gotten either cold. I also had a small shingles rupture on my finger this morning and took six pills today. It is now gone. (I have had shingles twice this year; Im a freak of nature.) Im now a real believer in this stuff. Seriously I am. And I dont believe in many herbal remedy type things. I take a vitamin and fish oil. And this stuff. The ingredients SEEM to work. And theyre not so weird -- lots of garlic, echinacea, astralagus ... stuff thats pretty commonly seen as immune boosters. I may not be a double-blind study, but I can swear that this stuff works -- at the very least to prevent upper respiratory infections.

I dont know what this witchcraft is all about, but just like everyone says.. you follow the directions & take a TON of capsules (24 per day!, for real!) at the first hint of feeling imbalance and it really does keep the sickness at bay. I do notice that I still feel a little general malaise, a little tired and run down while hitting it hard, and I think thats just how it feels when your immune system (with the help of wellness formula) is working overtime to keep you healthy. Ill take that if it keeps me from getting sick! Once in a while, one of these monster horse pills will go down sideways or get lodged somewhere on the way to my stomach and watch out - the sensation of one of these capsules dissolving in there is not pretty. Feels like a burning pile of tree bark thats giving me heartburn. lol. Still, a risk Im willing to take every time I take a handful of magic Wellness Formula!
