I take the wellness capsules if I feel a cold coming on. It reduces the symptoms quickly!

I realized, after about 1 month of taking it that my skin started breaking out out of nowhere, and i came to conclusion that it was it that was doing it. Because i added it to my arsenal of vitamins not knowing that it will not be safe for my acne-prone skin. I was right as I checked it contains soy, that alone can be triggering to acne prone skin people. So unfortunately, I wont continue to ingest it. I took about 4 pills a day 2 during the day and 2 in the pm on average. It may not do this to others but that was my experience unfortunately.

A friend showed me these and now I swear by them. Buy these pills!!! It does wonders when you feel like your coming down with something.

So during a rough season of health, I did the usual vitamin C, zinc, etc, but something wasnt enough. I added this item and I have loved it ever since. When we get sick, we start taking this and although theres no way to prove it, we believe it definitely helps and we are willing to invest in its use.

What is this manufacturer doing with this formula? Why does the pill bottle and the capsule bottle look exactly the same, but have different ingredients??? Are you trying to save money by taking less of Milligrams out? If so we are watching and you will lose long time customers. Get it together, stop this!

I’ve been using for a couple years and every time I get that tickle- I take these and GONE. Take one capsule at a time is my recommendation. I swear by these.

I first got this product at my local co-op upon a friends recommendation. The bottle held big tablets, very strong smelling of garlic and olive. At the beginning of Quarantine, I was exposed to some coughing people at work and I did come down with a slight cough and low grade fever and this product seemed to really help kick whatever virus it was. (I did not get tested for C-19). I wanted to make sure I had extra on hand so I ordered these. I was surprised to see they were capsules, not tablets. The capsules are MUCH easier to swallow and do have a similar aroma to the tablets, but not as strong. It does makes me wonder if this is truly the same product or a counterfeit. You do need to take two capsules to equal one of the tablets. I have tried the capsules but its difficult to assess if they are truly as potent as the tablets I purchased from my co-op.

I swear by these during sick season and all year round - they really do help! The capsules are easier to swallow than the tablets (you do need to take 4-6 per serving, as instructed, to get the health benefits) and there is a slight herbal taste that lingers, but nothing too intense. These are typically ~$10 cheaper than they are if you buy in-store at Whole Foods, Sprouts, etc.
