I love this stuff! I used to get several sinus infections per year. I went through cycles of infection/Z-Pak, usually every 6 months or so. Enter calcium lactate. I take it in the morning before showering (gets my sinuses moving). After a warm/hot shower, Ill use a sinus rinse. Occasionally, if Im extra congested, Ill add to the sinus rinse a few drops of a product called A Good Thyme that I got from my chiropractor. This formula has kept me sinus infection free for quite a while now!

My nutritionist turned me onto this supplement to help me fall asleep easier. I take four by eating them. Yes, you heard me right. Eating them like candy. It helps to deliver the supplement to your blood stream a lot quicker and effectively. Calcium Lactate doesnt taste like anything. It has the effect of having a warm glass of milk. Take it 30 minutes before you want to go to bed, and youll feel quite calm by the time you hit the hay. Very relaxing but no druggy feelings at all. The bottle gives you so much in quantity that it will last you a long time. Great value. Great product.
