We have always liked this product. Now we put these in a bottle marked aspirin for my 91 year old mother-in-law who would panic if she didnt have an almost full bottle of aspirin sitting on her table. Since she cant be trusted to take meds properly we could originally only leave 2 aspirin in the bottle each day. We feel safe in putting these out for her. Shes doing great and doesnt call us every day because shes worried about her supply. Plus instead of taking aspirin all the time, shes taking calcium only occasionally.

I take it to regulate my menstrual cycles. It is amazing! I take 3 calcium lactate in the morning and 3 in the evening, my cycles have gone from a 10 (extreme) to a 1 (basically nothing) I have others friends who report the same when taken consistently.

Quick delivery. I bought this specific supplement because of the 5:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium. I had read that this allows the calcium to be more readily absorbed by the body with this ratio. Since taking them I have not had a problem with severe muscle cramping as I had in the past, as I did when taking just a calcium supplement.

I love this stuff! I used to get several sinus infections per year. I went through cycles of infection/Z-Pak, usually every 6 months or so. Enter calcium lactate. I take it in the morning before showering (gets my sinuses moving). After a warm/hot shower, Ill use a sinus rinse. Occasionally, if Im extra congested, Ill add to the sinus rinse a few drops of a product called A Good Thyme that I got from my chiropractor. This formula has kept me sinus infection free for quite a while now!

My health care provider recommended this product several years ago and my lab results are very good as far as bone health.
