I didnt notice any change in my restless legs or my ability to fall asleep. No better, no worse. Maybe with more time, things will improve. Sometimes it takes at least three months for changes to take effect.

I used to get calf and foot cramps a few nights/mornings a few times in a row every month or so (so probably hormonal related). Since taking 2 of these every day, I *rarely* get those cramps any more. I always thought I ate plenty of dairy, but something about this supplement helped, so Ill take it. ;)
