These were cheaper than getting them through my doctors office. Only issue was I didn’t get them until 2 days after I was supposed to. Still a great deal for them!

I am using these as part of a protocol to alleviate leg cramps at night. Before starting with these and a few other supplements, I would bold out of bed most every night with a cramp in my calf, shin, or foot. Since about 3 weeks after starting to take these new supplements I have had only 1 cramp and it subsided quickly once I stretched the calf out.

For years I tried all different types of calcium supplements but they all caused some side effect on my sensitive stomach. Then I tried these calcium lactate tablets from Standard Process, problem solved. Not only has my bone density improved, according to my last bone density test, but my nails are much stronger too!

I started taking Calcium Lactate because I read that it was effective at ending night-time leg cramps. Since beginning to take 2 pills before bedtime, my legs go without cramping all night long. On nights I skip the calcium, the cramps return. I definitely recommend this product!
