I couldnt believe that some of the problems I have had for the last 8 years started disappearing only after using this for 2 weeks. I took 6 tablets/4 times a day. My pain behind my Rt. shoulder blade and shoulder, that radiated down my right arm and in my neck (that I have had for 10 years) is nearly gone. My psoriasis in my joints is almost gone; seems to be improving every day. I started using this when I tested myself (positive) for calcium deficiency. My chiropractor recommended this brand of Calcium for maximum benefits. The weird thing about all of this is that I recently (6 months ago) had a bone density test showing that I had increase bone density by a half point over the past 3 years (so I figured my problems were not Calcium related). I also take Dr. Christophers Complete Tissue and Bone herbs, Celtic sea salt, porphazyme and Chlorela along with this product. I had been doing the herbs and salt for maybe 6 to 8 years prior to this. I am menopausal (3 years), have 6 kids, and HAD been on Synthyroid meds for 20 years. I been off the meds for 3 years. I cant wait to check my bone density after using this product.

My doctor recommended this product, he said the my body processes this very quickly. This will be very good for my lack of calcium.

This Calcium Lactate goes easily into your body in one process! What more could you ask for? Well, the other great thing is that the calcium is a whole foods product so your body uses it like food!!

Only Calcuim brand I will take, works wonderful. Take before I go to bed & sleep very well at night.

My Chiropractor suggested SP Calcium Lactate a few years ago and it has helped alleviate years of back pain/if not eliminate. I have been taking with water 3x day. Did not know about chewing/esp before bedtime which Several reviews have commented that it helps with sleep or lack thereof; and waking with pain 2-3 times at night. Starting that routine tonight. Only reason I gave only 4 stars is the constant price fluctuation -all over the place, it is up to approx. $90 for 800 count. This I cannot afford. I usually get for $42 and will hold out until it is a fair price again. I am pretty sure I can get s better price at my Chiro. I definitely recommend this product. I know some lie in reviews ( in news lately) but I feel Amazon is honest and monitors it.

This product is the best no cramps

It is the most pure product I can purchase and with my autoimmune problem, it is the only brand I trust.

I didnt notice any change in my restless legs or my ability to fall asleep. No better, no worse. Maybe with more time, things will improve. Sometimes it takes at least three months for changes to take effect.

My husband stopped using this product because we now live in the boonies where we just dont have a physician or place to purchase it. He was excited that I found it on Amazon and in the larger size he hasnt been able to get for years! Now he is back to taking the supplements and feeling better so fast. Its amazing how our body responds when we feed it what it needs. Reminds me of the analogy from grade school about a car needs gas and our body needs food...give them both the right fuel and theyll run well! Amazon, where America shops!
