this is one of the best over the counter Calcium Lactate I have ever used...it has saved me from many of muscle cramps and it really works fast..if you chew em it works even faster.....and they really have no taste..well worth the price...

My dogs eat a raw diet & per my holistic vets instructions - I provide their calcium, through this source, vs giving them raw bones. While I think large beef bones to recreationally chew on are fine, I shudder at giving them smaller chicken bones they can actually chew up, for a meal.

My doctor recommended this product, he said the my body processes this very quickly. This will be very good for my lack of calcium.

Quick delivery. I bought this specific supplement because of the 5:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium. I had read that this allows the calcium to be more readily absorbed by the body with this ratio. Since taking them I have not had a problem with severe muscle cramping as I had in the past, as I did when taking just a calcium supplement.
