> 3 dayGreat tape measure. Absolutely no issues, and used all the time. Have ordered extras just to have to hand. The retract seems to be nicely balanced - when used flat and let go on the surface, will normally stay in position until lifted off the surface.

> 3 dayAccurate. Excellent quality. Sturdier than other brands. Lasts a lifetime. I have a couple of Stanley tape measures and wouldn’t buy anything else. Buying this one only because I lost one of mine. Gutted. Had it for years.

> 3 dayGreat tape measure. The only problem is that its so good, everybodys got one and you find people walking off with yours thinking its theirs.

> 3 dayGenerally a good measuring tape, has been holding up on site well after a few weeks of being dropped and abused. My only gripe is that it tends to collapse after being extended less than 2 meters, which makes it nearly impossible to measure bigger objects without the help of someone else.

> 3 dayFor the money this is a good product - at least the money I paid for it which, was on an Amazon deal. I think I paid about a fiver for it which is a fair price. I wouldnt pay much more for it because there are plenty of alternatives, some with names and some without that are of equal quality. Anyway, as a tape it appears to be accurate enough for building and carpentry work and isnt some massive thing you cant carry. At 8m it is long enough for most measurements you will need to do in a house and on site. Quality is mid range and the five quid I paid completely reasonable. I wouldnt spend much more because these things get lost and damaged regardless of how well made they are. Overall, a pretty decent bit of kit for the money.
