handle broke after 2 years of limited use. When called manufacturer, the customer rep said they only cover manufacturers defects for 2 months only if bought from their web site. Poor customer service and horrible product warranty.

This Steve Madden luggage set is more lovely in person than pictured. Very durable, and great stiching!

Was finally able to use suitcase for first time. Suitcase ripped apart at top edge. Suitcase has 5 year warranty so I contacted amazon/seller. Seller responded right away and sent me a replacement within days for a shipping surcharge. Keep in mind I ordered a 4 piece set and only the large piece gave in.

Bought this suitcase set for my daughters first trip aboard. It was perfect! Packed a lot in and she was able to maneuver through the airport/customs without an issue. Thank you!

This luggage set is so cute and girly yet completely practical and sturdy. I bought this luggage set because I’m doing a lot of traveling this year and wanted a nice set that will last and not feel flimsy or tear like the few pieces I’ve bought at Walmart.... (you get your moneys worth) lol. It only lasted one trip before falling apart. So this time I wanted something that could take a beating but still look cute as well as stick out a little when at the airport. Goal achieved with this set. I’ve already traveled for a weekend trip using the two smallest one, ( carry on bag and small suitcase) and it was very sturdy. No problem rolling from carpet to pebbled sidewalks and the handles are really sturdy. Most Importantly, with both heavily packed tight, there was no tipping. My old suitcases used to tip over to the front when fully packed and was really annoying traveling like that or it would trip while rolling and twist. This set steers well and does not have that issue. This set is well worth the price and I would definitely buy again maybe even as a gift for my sister. P.s I saw no pics of the honey pattern in the reviews so I thought I’d post my own so you can see it looks exactly as advertised! Beautiful set!
