Bought 2-28 inch bags. The 1st time we used them, one bag had a handle that was very difficult to raise and lower. Unfortunately I forgot about the problem for 5 months until we went to use it again. All Steve Madden could do was send me to 24-7 who required uploading a variety of information when all I was doing was trying to get assistance on getting it fixed.

Very maneuverable with perfect style. Has lots of useful compartments and portable features.

Just received luggage today. We took all the pieces out and they are all very good quality and seem to be easy to handle. This set of luggage was purchased as a wedding gift from an Amazon Bridal Registry. Im sure the couple will get many years of use with this luggage.

My middle sized piece of luggage handle fell off at the airport on my first use!!!!! I would like to exchange it but I cant find a way to get in touch with anyone!!!!

Very nice luggage. Good quality! Only problem is that the Carry on doesnt have a shoulder strap.

The bags are great except that after one use the interior seams of the large bag have wrapped badly. I am trying to contact the supplier but it is not a straight forward process it seems. Follow up - I did reach the suppliers and they were helpful. The bag was out of the return period (as happens when you buy luggage for a future trip). They offered a $20.00 refund for me to have it repaired myself or send it in for repairs under the warranty.

They are very roomier than I expected. Love the rollers. Can’t wait to try them on my vacation next month. Love the way the fit inside each other.

I was attracted to this set because I like luggage that is colorful as it east to find at baggage claim. This is very attractive, well made, light weight and really perfect for me. I recommend.

This product is awesome. It had everyone in the airport looking at me. If it came with its own signature locks and straps so you could pull all suitcases together at once, then it would be 5 stars for me. Hope the manufacturer will take this recommendation.
