Luggage seems very cheaply made (stitching is already coming out, the inside pocket of one item broke off when I tried to open it, arrived with scuffs on wheels and Steve Madden nameplate). Definitely does not look as nice as it does in pictures! Have tried multiple times to initiate a refund with the company, though they are extremely unresponsive. I would not recommend.

So upset. I got these pieces for my bridal shower and used it on our honeymoon for the first time. The second to largest handle snapped at the base as we were loading onto the ship! This really was not fun!

Update: I was assigned to a new customer service rep that was much more responsive and helpful (post-COVID delays, of course... but there isnt a lot of travel going on anyway). The piece is covered under warranty, so they are sending me a new one. Yay! The set is truly beautiful, and Im looking forward to traveling with it again! Original response (see update): Company is not responsive for warranty claims. I used the largest bag one time with only 40 lbs in it (common load), and the handle broke while I was picking it up. I contacted the company per the warranty card with no response. This is a gorgeous set, but the big bag is no useless to me (airline companies will not cover any damage to the bag or its contents since the bag itself is damaged).

I just LOVE this luggage set! Its soooooo cute & classy! The black & brown, along with the tassles, makes the luggage set very fashionable. The fabric is strong/thick/tough. Definitely not cheap material. Each luggage has enough inner & outer pockets, which makes the luggage functional. I always look for products that are functional, fashionable, & cost effective. This set met all 3 requirements. So far as reliability and durability goes, I havent used my luggage set yet. Just got them so no feedback in that area. Looking forward to traveling with them though! They sure do look nice!

I bought the luggage and one month later used it for a 10 day trip to Europe. 3 days into the trip, the top handle pulled out (pictured). The bag was the largest and had 37lbs of clothing. After 6 more days and 3 more airports, we made it home and I filed for a warranty claim with 24-7 International, the outfit I was shunted to when I contacted Steve Madden. One week later, no contact, so I filed another claim. Five days later, still no contact, so I sent a message directly to the email of 24-7 International Customer Service, and no response. Apparently if things go wrong, there is no real warranty, so I would not recommend this product.

Bought for a wedding gift for a family member. I didnt take collection apart to view, it remains in the box.

Yes I used it to fly into Miami. The suit case was very easy to handle. Very roomy I recommend to anyone that’s looking for a great suitcase.
