Can’t say much yet but upon delivery they look a little used although all tags were on and every bag was wrapped in plastic. Will update when we take our first trip with these. Beautiful otherwise.

I purchased this luggage at the end of April. I used it for the first time on 6/1 and the brad fell off at the airport. I called Amazon and they referred me to Steve Maddens 1-888 number for the 5-year warranty. I called Steve Madden and they referred me to the 24-7 international warranty that covers warranty on their luggage. The 24-7 warranty website is down and has been for over a week!! I paid over $500.00 for luggage that is falling apart, and Steve Madden isnt backing the warranty. I have Steve Madden shoes, hats, etc however I will not buy another piece of merchandise if this luggage doesnt get replaced or repaired!! I am upset with the product and the lack of concern.

I bought this as a wedding gift for my son so they could use on their honeymoon. However the zipper on the smallest carry bag is broken. Do we have to return the whole set to get just this one bag replaced?
