They are beautiful! Have two separates bagpacks each one for anything you want to keep: dirty socks o panties, make up, etc. Good wheels, pretty color... Are really better than they seem.

Looked at tons of luggage before making this purchase. So glad I did. Functionality is great, nice zippers, pockets and wheels. And held up well on its first flight.

Update: I was assigned to a new customer service rep that was much more responsive and helpful (post-COVID delays, of course... but there isnt a lot of travel going on anyway). The piece is covered under warranty, so they are sending me a new one. Yay! The set is truly beautiful, and Im looking forward to traveling with it again! Original response (see update): Company is not responsive for warranty claims. I used the largest bag one time with only 40 lbs in it (common load), and the handle broke while I was picking it up. I contacted the company per the warranty card with no response. This is a gorgeous set, but the big bag is no useless to me (airline companies will not cover any damage to the bag or its contents since the bag itself is damaged).

I love the purple color. Very light weight and beautiful design. I did not check the handles when I received them, even though I closely checked out the inside and outside. Foolish, I Know. Well, when I was ready to pack for a trip, I discovered that THE HANDLE ON ONE OF THEM WILL NOT COME OUT! I did get compliments on the cases about the color and design. I am not sure I can recommend these suitcases after what happened to me.

Just barely a year old and the handle on the large suitcase broke. I tried to reach the seller, but could not. I will contact Amazon directly.
