This paper works well for an abundance of media. It even does well with wet india ink when sitting on an easel with minimal dripping. Great quality paper!

I used this paper with water color (cakes, tubes and pencils) along with art pens and charcoal....and it is a marvelous vellum that takes the weight of water and holds the color. It is a heavy paper so that where I had sketched and then erased, there was no sign of deterioration, so no running of color due to damaged paper. I could not be more pleased with my selection.

The package came really fast, and it is, as always, great quality.

I was super excited and nervous to try out this kind of paper with watercolor and gauche paints. It has been a bit of a process to learn how to use it, but the results have been phenomenal. It takes to shimmer paint very well. The paper is surprisingly strong and doesn’t ripple at all, at least for me. The only issue I found was that a piece got scrubbed when I didn’t let it dry properly and then over worked it, but that’s my own issue, not the paper. Highly recommend!

Not great for watercolor.

I like the paper, it’s my first time using the black paper it’s thicker too so I like that. It came quick in the mail but a bit damaged as seen in photo.
