> 3 dayHands down the brightest flashlight I own. Great for mines, small caves, tunnels, and even just walking around a camp site. The lowest setting provides a sufficient amount of light. I do wish the flashlight could stand up to act as a lantern though, that would be convenient. The only drawback is the expensive unusual sized batteries (123A). It should be expected though that a high drain device such as this would require a high drain battery such as the 123A, the 18650...etc. Overall I highly recommend this flashlight and Ill most likely purchase another.

> 3 dayJust got this little guy yesterday and am completely happy with it. it is going on my AR15 once I get my new rail in, and judging by the output of the 320 lumens, this thing is *blinding*. If you are on the fence about it just go for it. Totally worth the $50 bucks.

> 3 dayEveryone in my family has a SureFire. We got this one for my dad for Christmas and he loves it, never leaves home without it! The low level is great for seeing in your general area and the bright allows us to scan the edge of the yard and woods about 300 ft away - exactly what we needed. I use my bright 2-3 times per day and a set of batteries usually last me 4-7 months, longer for my husband. Not to mention this little flashlight could be used as a self defense tool if needed - very sturdy construction while feeling perfectly balanced in your hand! Ive had mine 5 years and its still going strong!

> 3 dayYou know the LED headlights on cars that blind you? This is the hand held equivalent. This really puts out a beam. While my use is probably not PC for you, it is mounted on a rifle to handle a coyote problem on my place where night time raids are common. They definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel, and it is an oncoming train.

> 3 dayThis is my second Surefire flashlight. Ive owned several other decent LED lights (Olight, Fenix, etc), and this is by far my favorite brand. Its simple, and it works. My only gripe is that I am unable to use the rechargeable 18650 batteries like in other lights. The body of the light is not shaped wide enough to fit the slightly wider batteries. But, I have a decent supply of cr123a so that helps. I do like the fact that at first press of the tailcap switch, I am on low beam mode. Second tap gives me the higher output. For awhile I walked a lot at night (fitness) and this gave me the chance to see what was in front of me without the blinding light, unless I needed it. The spill is good - not too focused and not too wide. Overall a good light worth the money. Simple, easy to use, reliable, and so far pretty efficient.

> 3 dayIf it is as dependable as everyone says over the long term then it was worth it. Not as bright as some high end lights and doesnt have a piercing beam. But it kicks out a lot of even light over a large area. More useful than my tactical flashlights that have a more concentrated beam. My go to light.

> 3 dayGreat tool for the money! (Especially considering that the military and law enforcement use this out in the field.) Amazon has it for a great price, which is lower than most prices on other websites. It is quite small tho, so try not to lose it. If you want a great flashlight with great power and not too expensive than this is what your looking for.

> 3 dayPerhaps no other company in the flashlight industry has a track record and renowned named as Surefire. I was in need of a quality handheld and had been hearing only good things about Surefire for many years without having ever owned one. After much research and even considering models twice the price of this one, I went with the Surefire G2X Pro Dual Output LED Flashlight, Black because of so many positive reviews and the fact that it is definitely compatible with the Picatinny Flashlight Mount (also made by Surefire). I am 100% happy with my purchase. Side by side with my old double D-cell cop flashlight this is truly a marvel of technology. Being about 1/3 the length, 2/3 the diameter, the Surefire outperforms it in every way. The G2X Pro has 2 different output levels. The standard one is the low power, and to bump it up to 120 Lumens you simply tap the On button on the rear of the flashlight twice. 120 Lumens doesnt seem like a lot for these kinds of flashlights in this day and age, but having tested it on myself and others, it can certainly be blinding to another person at dark. Summary: Moderately-priced dual-output up to 120 Lumens of Surefire quality. Big bang, small package, low price. Though it may seem more powerful lights could be leaving this one in the dust, it actually holds its own as a very bright all-purpose flashlight that IS compatible with the Surefire Picatinny Flashlight Mount for rifles. 5 stars.

> 3 dayAfter owning the SureFire G2X for several years, it continues to provide rock solid dependable performance. Although the continuing evolution of LED technology now offers us higher lumens in a comparable sized package, the G2X is still one of my go-to lights. Lightweight, bright enough, and seemingly indestructible, this light is highly recommended!
