Great light, carried one for many years and since my dad was always bumming that little light I bought him one of his own. We both work after dark so, due to its size and power, this light is extremely convenient to use/carry and a must have for people that work outside at night. I will suggest if youre going to use this light for actual work/outdoorsman activities spend $20 more and buy the holster as well. In short...Great light output, extremely durable, light weight, compact, bang for your buck. Edit: I have now outfitted 3 family members with these lights, we all love them and carry them daily. They have replaced the Mag-Lite mini mags we all used to know and love.

Great flashlight -- easy to hold in your hand -- convenient low and high beam button. Ive owned Surefire flashlights before. I like this one very much. I purchased it this year--2014. I hope the batteries arent as expensive as my other Surefire. The batteries should last longer in this light because the low beam wont use as much of the battery life.

SureFire is a sure bet. I bought my first one before my deployment to Iraq. Served me great there and has been my go-to flashlight for 13 years. Needed a new one, so bought this one. Expect nothing less.

I bought a 6px for a shotgun mounted light prior to purchasing this. I keep this one in my truck and the performance is equal to that of my 6px. It feels slightly lighter, and the bezel and components seem to be identical. The only difference I notice is the plastic for the battery housing (whereas the 6px has aluminum housing). You really cant go wrong with a surefire. Would trust my life to this light. If you want to mount it to something that recoils, you might want to go with a higher model from surefire.

I bought it on sale for 50 bucks. Well worth the money.

Ive always wanted a SureFire flashlight, but most of their products are way to expensive. Enter the G2X PRO. It is a budget offering of theirs and honestly it is fantastic. I highly recommend it for those needing a reliable light, but are on a fixed income.

Pros: Everything. Its a great item. Rugged, reliable, easy to use, lightweight, low power consumption (in low power mode), very bright (in high power mode). Cons: Not rechargeable... if thats what you need. But I didnt. Bottom line: Need a small, lightweight, rugged flashlight? Dont need it to be rechargeable? This is it.

To be honest, you can find a $20 counterfeit flashlight that is brighter that this, but I guarantee you itll let you down the moment you need it the most. This flashlight is perfectly designed and implemented and you will feel the quality the first time you hold it. I wish it had zoom capability but I realized that the beam is carefully designed for optimum coverage.

I bought this as a backup to my 3 cell LED maglite, but has rapidly become my favorite for regular use. Its durable, and although its not as bright as some, its got a great throw, and its still super bright and will easily light up literally anything on high mode. I originally disliked the fact that low mode was first, and I had to double press the rear button to put it on high mode, but honestly its great now. If I need it to say, check an ID, its nice not to immediately blind myself, my partner, the person whos ID Im reading, and everyone in a 1 mile radius... If I need to do that, I have the ability to. When I eventually lose it, Im definitely going to buy another one. My only issue with it is that it doesnt come with a pocket clip. You can easily get one for it though, I use the Thyrm low profile carry clip.

    Greater than one week

This is my first surefire and the only reason i bought it was because of lower price point. Before i couldnt really understand why someone would pay upwards of $120 for a flash light, Needless to say ill be buy more surefire products in the near future all because of this little wonder. the light its self is very compact and attractive, bright on high, and very very useful on low. seems to be taking a beating thus far.
