I set the system up on a table desktop, wiring it like I was wiring one door of the four available. The picture illustrations were spot on and easy to understand and it worked flawlessly right from the start. Besides the Access unit, I seperately purchased the wire they recommended which was over 1,000 feet and two motion detectors for exits instead of the push buttons they provided. Great value for what you get. We were looking at quotes for $10,000 installed to do the same thing and we bought everything we needed for around $500 total and my labor for installation may have been around $1,000. Our sister company is buying the exact same set up.

Order first one of these kits to try at a customer who did not want to spend alot of money They also want a good value but sometimes this does not come all together in one package This product was exactly what they were looking for and works well Tech support is also very good Would purchase again if situation arises

This was a fantastic find. We priced out a company to install a system and both bids came in over $9,000. It is solid equipment that works like a charm. The customer service was exceptional. The door strikes supplied did not match our door style. But customer support responded quickly and resolved our problem with a fast and spot on correction. You do need to run some wire and read some directions to make the system run. But, we put this system in two buildings and are very pleased!

Ive installed the first 4 door system, 2nd one going in today. I will eventually have 8 systems. Installation: I suggest if youve never installed a door system, watch the videos provided and read the support material before you get started. You will not have trouble if you do this. Everything is explained in great detail. I had a friend along who has installed door systems professionally and he was impressed with the quality, price and ease of setting up users and privileges.. If you are looking for secured access for your home or business, this is perfect! You can set up as many doors as you want. If you need more than a 4-door system, you can purchase multiple systems that all connect together. I had a few questions about how to set up the system, and the customer service could not be any better. They are quick at responding via email (within 1 hour), and he even shared my screen of my computer to help me set up more complex security protocols I wanted to put in place. The interface for setting up key cards, and codes is amazing. What a deal!

After I got this item I had difficulty installing it on a couple of my companys press bar doors, as well as linking it to our alarm system so that when the alarm sounded all the doors would automatically open (a requirement in my state). When I contacted customer service they replied promptly via email with the solution. Good value for the money and I know if I have other issues their customer service will be helpful.

I purchased this access control panel for one of my customer. It comes with card reader and exit buttons but I used some extra electronic locks to meet my customer needs so overall great experience and good customer service. I recommend it.
