Works great easy to use and understand. Tech support works good also.

We moved into a new office space recently, and needed to control 5 doors. After reading the other reviews here, we purchased 2 of these systems. We ended up hiring a cable tech to run all of the wiring and install the magnets, exit buttons and readers. Even with that expense, the total installation was drastically less expensive than the two quotes that we received from professional access companies. The software takes a little bit of getting used to, but it works well. There were some features that we did not think the software had, like automatically opening a door at a certain time. But an email to the support person resolved this quickly. (There are some advanced features that are not normally enabled.) Occasionally, there is a minor language issue, but we have been able to work around this. (I may not show as a verified purchaser because someone else in our company bought these kits, and I am just tasked with making them work.) Given the need to purchase again, I would not hesitate to do so with this kit.

The system has been installed for a year with virtually no problems except for one firm ware upgrade that was instantly addressed by Chen. Thanks Again!

Great product and the software seems to have endless options, which is great for setting specific doors for specific people at specific times of the day. My installation was at a community gym/daycare where security needed to be different per zone. Outstanding quality, outstanding customer service and tech support and outstanding software.

This was a fantastic find. We priced out a company to install a system and both bids came in over $9,000. It is solid equipment that works like a charm. The customer service was exceptional. The door strikes supplied did not match our door style. But customer support responded quickly and resolved our problem with a fast and spot on correction. You do need to run some wire and read some directions to make the system run. But, we put this system in two buildings and are very pleased!

If you need quality and AMAZING support this is the system. Very easy to use and awesome directions. Did I mention the support? It’s AMAZING. No need to return anything, just emailed the tech support and they solved the problem.

Installed this access control for a customer along with motion sensors on 4 doors and it works perfectly. I used Cat6 cabling for the exit buttons, mag locks, motion sensors and card readers and had no problems whatsoever. For the price I challenge you to find something better. I researched Access control systems and was unable to find anything else on the internet that compared to this for the same price. I literally saved thousands of dollars installing this myself, I got bids for this project for as high as $2000.00 a door. I had no problems with the instructions and the documentation. When I needed tech support they would answer my questions via email within a couple hours. The software is easy to figure out and was very pleased with the features and flexibility the software offers for programming access privileges. If you are a decent handyman and can decipher simple wiring instructions you should have no problems installing this on your own.

Just finished installing 8 doors and uploading 1100 users. The system is working great so far. had a few minor issues that tech support was quick to help out on. great value.

We installed our 4 door system and were having some minor issues with understanding how do tell the system to do what we needed (access control), so we fired off an email thinking they will get back to us in a few weeks or never. To our surprise, I had a response with EXACT instructions and videos within the hour. There just isnt that kind of support anywhere. I am so happy with this product and those who built it. Just amazing.
