    We installed our 4 door system and were having some minor issues with understanding how do tell the system to do what we needed (access control), so we fired off an email thinking they will get back to us in a few weeks or never. To our surprise, I had a response with EXACT instructions and videos within the hour. There just isnt that kind of support anywhere. I am so happy with this product and those who built it. Just amazing.

    First system I have installed. The tech support guy Chen is awesome! He helped he over the phone with a motion sensor issue I was having that caused the magnetic locks to not engage. Very helpful and very fast turnaround on getting my issue resolved! Will be product again in the near future.
