    I had some questions on the setup (mainly wiring to the controller board). I was able to do a Skype call with support and he walked me through it. I got the system configured and ready to install. I will do a follow up review after the installation.

    This system is amazing! It does everything as advertised and is very easy to setup and understand. The Support is top notch! I had one issue that ended up being a wiring problem. It took a little bit of time for us to isolate the source of the short, but Chen worked with me non stop to find the problem and resolve the issue. He definitely went above and beyond and now the system is working flawlessly. I cant recommend this product enough!

    I purchased this system to install at a clients laundromat to setup 24/7 access for customers. The setup was easy and configuration was pretty straight forward. For some minor questions I had, tech support responded to my email within minutes and was very helpful. The system is up and running and works great! I highly recommend this product to those who are looking for a budget friendly control access system.

    I am a locksmith and was asked by a client to find a system like this that would meet their needs and not cost $12000. This system honestly blew me away with its ease of use and range or functions. Once I finished installing the hardware I was blown away by the software and ease of use. There is a clear language barrier, but if you have the technical fortitude to install this system you can figure it out.

    I ordered this system to replace the system we currently had that was on its way out. I wasnt sure if I could reuse the locks that were already in our doors but I was able to which saved a TON of time. I swapped out the KeyFob readers and the controller board and after programming, extremely satisfied with the purchase. Ran into a couple issues that was user error and the tech support was extremely responsive, which is always a plus. Would highly recommend.
