This access control unit is well worth the price. When I was setting up the four door controller, I had some issues. I reached out to the company and the help resolve my issues very quickly. Interface is easy to use.

After some some extensive testing of this product I have to say it is an A+ for sure. Installation was a breeze,, GUI is friendly, usb RFID programmer works without issues. Plug and play almost. This product is the best, and the technical support is amazing

This is my 2nd purchase of this ACS. My original works great. But the new model has a power supply issue. When I installed the 2nd ACS, the elocks worked intermittently. I immediately requested a replacement which was provided within a few days. Good replacement support. But the same issue occurred. I had my tech guys troubleshoot the problem and we noticed that the power supply is different from our 1st product. We put our own power supply in and the 2nd ACS worked just fine. So, the issue is the new power supply coming with the product is inferior. Needs a better power supply. Otherwise this product would get 5 stars.

We were looking for an electronic access system for a new building being constructed. This one is working quite well for us. The desktop software installed without an issue and is quite easy to use. The user interface was a little confusing at first, but we figured it out. We had one anomaly with one of the four doors not opening with the card reader (but did work with the exit button.) Our email to support was answered within a few hours. The issue was cleared up and all is working as we expect. Being a small business with five employees moving between two buildings, this system is used a lot. It has worked flawlessly thus far. Will update if any issues arise.

Im a CCTV installer, and this Access controller is perfect for the price, easy to turn a profit. The email customer service works great, and links for setting up and programming is easy to understand for beginners. I give this Access control a - A+
