If you are looking for secured access for your home or business, this is perfect! You can set up as many doors as you want. If you need more than a 4-door system, you can purchase multiple systems that all connect together. I had a few questions about how to set up the system, and the customer service could not be any better. They are quick at responding via email (within 1 hour), and he even shared my screen of my computer to help me set up more complex security protocols I wanted to put in place. The interface for setting up key cards, and codes is amazing. What a deal!

I ordered my system not realizing it was RFID and I needed HID. They were very understanding and got me what I needed to make it HID at a very reasonable cost. Great to work with on every question I had. Our maintenace department to 6 moths to install everything do to plant breakdowns and I ended up missplacing my installation CD and had not seen it in months, they helped me with links for everything I needed.

Product is very user friendly and provided nstructions were clear and helpful. Seller is very responsive. Installed in a dental practice. Note that Im a Control systems engineer with a highly technical background.

This is the first of many access systems I am installing and I will certainly buy from this company again. They are always there for support. My emails were answered promptly and when the system went live I had a small issue that they resolved at 1:30 am their time! Great value for the price, I added battery backup and 600 more key-fobs and this is working perfectly. Everyone is very pleased. Thank you for the great product and even better support!

We installed our 4 door system and were having some minor issues with understanding how do tell the system to do what we needed (access control), so we fired off an email thinking they will get back to us in a few weeks or never. To our surprise, I had a response with EXACT instructions and videos within the hour. There just isnt that kind of support anywhere. I am so happy with this product and those who built it. Just amazing.

System worked well once we got it installed. Software is easy to use and made sense. Good documentation.

Very nice door access system. Works well, and easy setup. Must download the manual and directions. Also good to watch videos if your not sure about how to configure or install. I replaced a 15 year old unit with this, and my client is very happy with it. Its also much smaller than the 15 yrs old system I took out. This is a 12 vold DC output system. Also received quick response from tech support to answer questions.

Bought this system to control 4 doors within our office. The system was easy to set up and wire. Package came with everything needed. Software is user friendly. We did have a couple questions with the set up and tech support was excellent. Fast reply and knowledgeable.

Needless to say you have to be a bit of a DIY person to take on the challenge of installing an Access Control System yourself. That being said, the product is good, the documentation is adequate, if a bit cumbersome to locate. However, the support is excellent.

Overall great system for the money. The instructions provided make it easy to set up and the tech support is wonderful. I purchased this setup for my small office so my employees didnt have to worry about people just walking in after hours. The software to control everything is pretty intuitive as well. I had some questions about setting up some of the additional features and I received a response within several hours. My only recommendation is that you purchase some 22awg security wire when you do buy this system as it does not come with extra wire.
