It just seems kind of pointless. Really does not relieve tension like you need it to. It just kind of prevents cord from falling if it gets disconnected. Not really the point in my opinion, it’s suppose to prevent the cord from bending and breaking. Who knows maybe I’m the fool, but it does nothing.

I messed up my port on my 7D. Once I fixed my port I bought this thing and it has saved me from having to open my camera again. If you shoot tethered you better grab one

I can not remove the 3m backing on the product without tearing off the who backing. My guess is that these sat in the heat somewhere and the adhesive broke sound and actually adhered to the backing. The idea is solid, just beware this could be a problem.

This is one of the best little tools in my camera bag. The fact that the clamp itself is adjustable is quite nice. I also like the quick disconnect feature.

Ideally for the cable oport

Works as advertised. Pricey.

Its okay. It doesnt really prevent the cable from coming out and doesnt really protect it that much, but it makes it really easy to recover when the cable does come out unexpectedly. Maybe the other Tether Tool products would have been better, but this will do.
