I’ve bought two of these now and my kids love them! They’re fun to have when friends visit too - kids can just hop on and go. My son’s finally lost a nut and washer off the back tire - I emailed the company to see if I could order a replacement and they mailed me one, no charge! So happy with product and customer service!

The directions were outdated from the way the parts were shipped and I thought I was missing parts. They need to update the instructions and eliminate a step adding parts that have already been added. The handle bars come out of alignment easily with the front wheel because the tightening mechanism doesnt make it super tight like if it were tightened by a screw. The seat is a little crooked bc it has to be on the lowest setting for my 2yo but not a big issue. Super lightweight, my kid carries it.

My daughter has used this for two years (age 2-4) and takes it everywhere. She keeps up with her three big sisters and is ready for a pedal bike!

My boy was not like as first time, but when he played it , he likes to go anywhere with it. Love it so much now

I’m not one to write a review but I thought I would help people save time. My husband did hours of research on which my bike would be best for our little one. First he purchased the banana, the bike was okay but a little to heavy and had no where for our daughter to rest her feet. Unlike the strider or the croco the bike was unassembled, and the bearing we’re cheaply done (okay bike for the price). The strider was the most expensive, came mainly assembled, had a foot rest, internal bearing but the bike was still heavy at almost 7lbs and made of steal ( still a great bike). The croco has everything to offer like the strider and came mainly assembled with instructions. Except this bike was much lighter at 4lbs and made of aluminum which is a better product when it comes to bikes vs steal. For the same price as the strider bike we got the croco bike, croco handle bar pads, bell and the croco helmet. Over all we felt the croco was a much better bike even without the additional stuff at a better price.

UPDATE*** My sister called the customer service number provided in the box and they were super helpful. They are sending out another bike. I think this company deserves a 5 star rating for customer service alone. Thanks for standing behind your product. Ill be happy to update this review again once the bike is received. I purchased this bike for my nephew for Christmas. The box came unopened and not damaged. When the bike was put together the wheels were so warped they were not usable. The bike was returned for another one hoping it was just a defect. Im sad to say the second bike came exactly as the first one. I waited too long to return it and now I have a bike that is useless.

We ordered this for our grandson. It was super easy to assemble. There were washers missing so I messaged the manufacturer as per the directions in the manual. Their response was almost Immediate and along with a reassurance the washers would be sent out the next day. When they arrived there was also a gift of apology. This company truly went above and beyond.

Okay! This bike is awesome!!! My son is tiny, he is 27 months but can wear 12 month clothes still so I was worried the bike would be too big but it fits him perfectly with still room for him to grow! He got a hang of it quickly and rides this bike everyday! The bike is very lightweight and easy for him to maneuver and for us to carry home when he doesn’t feel like riding anymore. I would definitely buy this again and recommend to anyone looking for a balance bike! I read etched all the big brands before buying this one and it is perfect!
