Easy to assemble but one of the wheels came bent, the package itself didn’t have any damage.

I had written this review (below), but then I got a letter from the owner of the company, explaining why they chose to put solid tires on the bike (the weight of inflatable tires), and now I understand. Also, my grandson is able to use it in the house, because of these tires, which makes him happy. They are not nearly as slippery as I had been told before. Therefore, I love the bike even more than I did before, and I am raising the review to 5 stars. Believe me, you will be very satisfied with the weight and the style of this bike! This bike is really as light as you imagine, which means for us that we can take it along to the park, etc., important since we don’t have a sidewalk in our neighborhood. Within a few minutes my barely 4 year old was scooting along with the other kids, and felt he had a big kids bike he could handle! It was a very easy assembly. I only knocked off a star for the fact that I would have preferred inflatable tires which are much less slippery. But the 4 lb weight trumped that for me and we are very happy!

Order was delivered promptly and packaging was in great shape! The individual bike pieces were all wrapped very well to protect during shipping! The bike itself was very easy to put together and they even sent the little tools needed. It nstructions were easy to follow! We live in May Chicano so my 2 yr old granddaughter wont be able to ride much till spring, but she was very excited to recieve it at christmas

Our 2 1/2 year old toddler lives this bike. We go on nightly bike rides with him. We also used this on our vacation. He wanted to ride this all around town! Was much easier on our backs not having to carry him. If he wanted off, the bike is EXTREMELY light weight and is very easy to carry around. So far it has endured a lot of drops. However, the cheap bell that comes with broke quickly. I ordered a better one and its a lot better and louder anyway. As long as this bike holds up, for sure 5 stars!

Wow! We have been struggling to teach our kids to ride bikes for months now. It became more of a chore than a fun time outside. What was I doing wrong!?! So when a friend recommended that we get a balance bike to help teach balance, we bought this one. After just 4 days of playing around on this bike outside, my son (4) and daughter (5) both switched to their real bikes on their own! This balance bike is super light weight which helps the kids have full control over it, even my 3 year old is able to maneuver it easily and is starting to ride it! I definitely recommend this bike! Have your kiddos play with it for a week and remember to take off the training wheels on their bikes right away! You’ll be surprised how quickly they start to ride their real bikes!

My kids love this bike so much. We bought it for my two-year-old, and it fits him well, but he doesnt really get it yet. My four-year-old uses it, and is doing so well with it. She had another clunkier balance bike that she just couldnt get the hang of, but took off on this one right away. After two weeks riding this one on and off, shes already able to ride a two-wheeler without training wheels! The best part about this bike is that its SO lightweight- so easy to carry around when the kids get tired of riding and youre far from home.

While most things about this balance bike are great, the most important thing, that it is able to glide and enable my child to balance, is not an expectation met. Unfortunately the front wheel is out of alignment with the back wheel. They are a few degrees off, which makes it almost impossible to get a good glide in. My child is having a hard time getting the hang of it vs his other balance bike we have. Were it not for this issue, we would gladly say this is worth the purchase, but sadly, we are unhappy with the results. ***update***This company has sent an apology for the “defective” product and offered to replace it. What a kind gesture; they have really gone out of their way to get ahold of us immediately, and we finally have connected. Upon retrieving the new product, I will re-review the bike. I’m hopeful the next one will be great, as the rest of the bike’s features are great! Ok, I am changing our review to five stars for multiple reasons. The owner of the company wrote us a personal letter to apologize for our defective product, and shipped us a fantastic replacement. It works amazingly, is solid, strong, and brings so much joy to our son! He loves riding it and is already balancing pretty incredibly!

My 2 year old son has been asking for a bike since his sister got one. I looked at the micro g bike and the strider balance bike since those are what I have seen around the neighborhood and we tried them out at store and planned to buy the strider on Amazon later. This bike looked similar and was available at a much better price point and Im so glad we gave it a try. Compared to strider: The croco bike is built like the strider but 2 pounds lighter. My 2 yr old can pick up the bike and carry it around. When hes tired, its no trouble for me to hang it on the stroller or carry it on one arm and him in the other. It seems to be built well - my husband tested it out before letting our son on it. Compared to micro: The micro is built differently and though I love their scooters and own both the kids and adult ones, I am not a fan of the bike. My sons legs were too short for the bike from a seated position and he couldnt get comfortable on the seat. He kept trying to use it like a push toy. The croco and the micro g bike weigh about the same at 4ish pounds. Overall Im very pleased with this bike and Im hoping he can use it for a couple years. Big sister is jealous!

My 4 year old son loves this balance bike, and has been riding it for more than a year. Recently there was a screw missing, so I sent an email to customer service. They replied within 30 minutes, and sent us a new screw for free.
