This is a perfect first bike for a small child. Fully adjustable and easy assembly. When the box arrived one of the tires was wonky, bent and off kilter, probably from the extreme heat wave we were experiencing. One call to customer service and tracking information was emailed to me within an hour and the new tire arrived in less than 48 hours. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

This bike is awesome for little ones. My son is 14 months and can already touch the floor on the lowest seat setting. I got this for him for Christmas to use in the spring and he already fits. He is only 32” tall too. This bike is super lightweight and very sturdy. Also, the tires are not slippery on smooth surfaces, which I was worried about. I’m so happy with this purchase.

Update - the owner reached out and mentioned that this is why they make a steel bike. And are sending me one of those at no cost! Incredible customer service. — Yes it’s easy to put together and super lightweight but I think it might be too light to function as a balance bike. My kids just can’t get the speed on it like the heavier ones that they’ve tried. And without the cruising speed they can’t really try to balance. That said, the heavier ones are probably more painful when they land on their sides. So I guess it’s a trade off.

I did a lot of comparison shopping before deciding to go with the Croco balance bike. Our 2 yr. old grandson loves it! It is so lightweight that he can handle it by himself no matter what he is doing with it. It is his most favorite thing to do. He will ride for hours. When we backed over it with our truck and busted the front wheel off, we emailed Croco to find out if we could buy replacement parts and they responded quickly. Within 2 hours we had a new wheel in the mail for FREE! Amazing customer support, so glad we chose this brand for his bike!

Bought this for my 3 yrs old son and it’s perfect for him light and sturdy

Wow! We have been struggling to teach our kids to ride bikes for months now. It became more of a chore than a fun time outside. What was I doing wrong!?! So when a friend recommended that we get a balance bike to help teach balance, we bought this one. After just 4 days of playing around on this bike outside, my son (4) and daughter (5) both switched to their real bikes on their own! This balance bike is super light weight which helps the kids have full control over it, even my 3 year old is able to maneuver it easily and is starting to ride it! I definitely recommend this bike! Have your kiddos play with it for a week and remember to take off the training wheels on their bikes right away! You’ll be surprised how quickly they start to ride their real bikes!

I wish I would have had this bike for my first child, it has made teaching a child how to ride a bike soooo easy for my second child. My son just didnt have the confidence and was afraid of falling. With this bike he doesnt have to be afraid of falling because he can catch himself. Its so light weight that he can move the bike around all by himself and doesnt need me to help. Side note: As the one who has to put all the new toys together, this was super easy to assemble. I literally had this together in less than 3 minutes AND without any additional tools. All around great bike to buy if you want to teach your child how to ride a bike.

Edit: Upgraded from 1 star to 5 star. The company has reached out to me to offer me a new bike. My daughter is very happy to have a new balance bike! I’m impressed by customer service and would recommend buying this brand. We’ve loved this bicycle for the 4 months that we’ve had it, but are extremely disappointed that the handlebars fell out today. I thought it would be an easy fix, but they’re completely rusted our. We’ve stored in our garage the entire time we’ve owned it minus the occasional accidental overnight outside. There’s absolutely no reason it should be in such poor shape.

My son has two of these now. One for outside play and one he uses indoors. He has an orange and a blue one. The colors are vibrant, not cheaply made, very sturdy and light weight. Kids can build up momentum on these which is why I think the light weight of it comes into play. Seat is easily adjusted for growth. I highly recommend.

My little one loves her bike, thanks to the light weight she can focus just on balancing and controlling the bike. I think a balancing bike is the right bike to start teaching your kids how to right a bike and I highly recommend The Croco because of the quality and also the good price. We had also an older version of this one and after some rough and long use, We had a problem with one of the wheels, we contacted costumer service and they were AMAZING. They responded my email in less than 48 hours and help us fix it even though it was the old version.
