The West Wing

This is one of the best tv shows out there and i am pleased to be able to watch all the seasons again on amazon. 5 star quality.

Excellenre qualite dimage, meilleure que sur les versions francaises. Et bien sûr pas de sous-titres inutiles. Tout ça au même prix, voire un peu moins cher que la version française. Le tout livré en 3 jours.

This season picks up where the others left off and is just as good and comes just as highly recommended. Theres not a lot to say that others havent already said, except that the speech given in 20 hours in america part 2 about the college bombings is probably one of the best written things Ive ever heard.

Smartest writing on television. Progressively developing characters not afraid to show their humanity. I only wish we had a president with Bartletts gravitas

I love the show... just disappointed they took it off as one of the prime programs before I got to finish it.

I highly recommend this series. I ever dont watch TV any more. But I could see these over and over again.

This season saw the end of a bright but sadly short-lived era. The West Wing was THE show to watch for four glorious years. There are those out there who might say that the show somehow lost steam in the final year of the Sorkin era, but I say unto you, listen not to them. When a highly regarded show undergoes (or is about to undergo) a major change, it is nitpicked to a great extent, and some people feel compelled to invent problems with it, for whatever reason. It is fortunate for the non-crazy, then, that this year proved so able to produce challenging, powerful drama. This season opens with presidential politics in full swing, President Bartlet (Martin Sheen) campaigning for a second term facing a suspiciously Dubya-looking Republican contender portrayed by James Brolin (okay, hes more like a Bush caricature). After several great campaign-themed episodes at the seasons beginning, politics-as-unusual would once again turn up in the halls of power at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

Cds were mostly scratched. Could not watch an entire episode without interruption or having to forward to a different chapter. The rating at amazon when I made this purchase was acceptable. However, the cds I received were NOT acceptable as watching them has been a real drag. Would not purchase from this vendor again.
