Greater than one weekBeing someone who works out and plays multiple sports, I was in the search for a tool that I can add to my recovery regimen. All of the current massage guns on the market are large so its not convenient to carry around so I knew I had to get the Theragun Mini. The Theragun Mini is great because its quiet and I can easily bring it to me to the gym or the park when I train. I use it as both a prehab and post workout treatment for my tight muscles! Highly recommend for anyone who can use a on-the-go massage tool that looks sleek and aesthetic.

I like the compact size because I’ll be able to travel with it. The way it’s shaped and the way you hold it makes it easier to really dig into specific areas better than other massagers
