It really helps sore muscles.

I was surprised at how nice the Theragun mini is built and how well it works. The different speed levels provide a variety of different levels that can I really like. It’s also compact but doesn’t lose any power in what it does. I can carry it with me wherever I go after a long day of exercising and have it ready to go. With that said, I think the MINI might be the better option for those that were interested in the other models because it is much smaller and you throw it in your bag whenever you go out and it won’t be as much of a hassle.

I bought both the regular Sarah gone and the travel Thera gun. I am a senior with Achilles problems and tight muscles and my trainer and physical therapist help a lot and I used to Saragon every morning before I go to the gym or out walking highly recommend it.

Easy to handle

This was my favorite purchase of 2020! As a senior, It has helped me survive my sports of cycling and skiing. My son has the large, expensive professional model which is loud and much clunkier to hold. When he saw my mini, he decided to sell it and buy my model.

Ive had my Theragun Mini for about a month now. I use it daily. Powerful product. It really helps with sore muscles. The Theragun Mini can easily go a week between charges. I wish it had more attachments and I wish there were better instructions on how to use it. I highly recommend the Theragun Mini!!!
