I had a buddy a while back that got a theragun and told me it was the main massage gun out there if you were to compare it to Nike. And I think he’s right the first level is enough power and still has 2 more .

I bought my theragun with the sole purpose of using it on the middle of the bottoms of my feet, on my calf and thigh muscles and to have my wife use it on my shoulders. The difference ive felt after just a few minutes of massaging the area that hurts, its literally jaw dropping! It doesnt completely take away the pain, but it definitely makes it less noticeable. Kinda numbs the area, i enjoy the relief it provides me! Battery life is kinda silly, i mean i have no idea how long the battery lasts but ive used it for over two hours total before having to plug it in, so as long as you regularly charge it shouldn’t be a issue I will say, if the part you hold on the theragun, was grooved just slightly it would be much easier to hold. Ive never had it slip out of my hands, but the thought has definitely crossed my mind. It was expensive, but it works great. Value for money is 10/10 It seems made of high quality, i don’t see it breaking

This little hand held massager works wonders. Very powerful yet small to hold in your hand.

The product itself had an issue with regard to the charging lights. The first unit showed up and worked great until the battery needed to be charged. The lights did not function as specified so it was impoossible to tell when the unit was charged. We contacted support and they suggested that the unit was defective and had us ship it back. The replacement unit came and we had issues with it. The issue was a bit different but still related to the charging function. We contacted support again. This is when we knew that we were not likely to get a resolution at all. It was impossible to get in touch with a human except on their chat. The agent on the chat was nice and helpful but unable to provide any information as to why we received two units that didnt work right. The agent wanted a video of the problem in order to create another Return Authorization. We provided the video as well as a text file of the chat conversation with all the details of what the issues was and a request to receive a new unit prior to sending back the bad unit. The reasoning was that we didnt want just a recycled unit from their returns department. Rather than receiving a new unit, we recieved a return authorization. I called again. Could not get through. Got on the chat and explained that their process was not working and I was not willing to get a third unit that might also not work and that I wanted a BRAND new unit sent out. The agent stated that this was not possible. I asked to get escalated to a supervisor. The agent said that he was unable to connect me with a supervisor but that he would provide my number to them. I told him to let them know that if I did not hear back from them by a certain day that we would be returning the unit to Amazon. We still have not heard from anyone. It has been 10 days since that chat and 13 days since the RA was reated. We returned the unit to Amazon for a refund. Of course, that was handled fabulously. We bought this unit because the atheltic trainers at DI schools use them and they have really good products. My take away is that they should not be in the consumer electronics business if they cannot respond better/differently to their customers.

The machine works well just really pricey. It also gets tiring using it as its heavy for a little product. I do like the quality and strength of machine.

Theragun mini 2.0 works great. Hopefully it will last a long time. Charges fairly quickly. Really helps with sore aching muscles. Has 3 attachments. Glad I bought. Fits well in your hand.

Fabulous. Easy to hold and works GREAT

It was great while it lasted however the device randomly started losing charge and then just completely died. If you want to get it, know that holding it gets tiring after a while. The battery lasts for a few minutes depending on the speed youre using, but the percussion pressure is top notch. Really made a difference with knots in our back. I almost bought the different head attachments because we loved it so much. However all good things come to an end and this devices battery died close to a year after purchase. Expected a much longer life from a $200 device. When I contacted the company they gave me an excuse that they couldnt do anything as the window had just passed on the warranty and offered a coupon. If I could trade it in to swap the battery, I wouldnt be upset. However the fact that I have a dead electronic device that I have to throw away in 2023 is a really bad look for a company whose whole thing is about health. Wont be buying from this brand again unfortunately.
