Im 79 years old and suffer from lower back pain on either side of my spine. The pain is most severe when trying to get out of bed in the morning and when Im doing my daily long walks. I found using the Mini for about a minute in the area(s) where the pain is located on both spots completely takes the pain away and it allows me to finish my walks pain free and pain free movement after getting out of bed in the morning. I remain pain free for quite awhile after using the Mini. Sure beats ibuprofen.

Small and powerful

This product is easy to use and has been very helpful with the pain in my right leg. I’ve been using this every day and already the pain is almost gone. So very relieved and happy to have found this.

Works great for my low back discomfort and chronic knee pain. It is s much more effective for my knee pain than foam rolling. Also works great on my feet and buttocks. If you have small hands, arthritis in your hands or carpal tunnel syndrome this mini may not be for you. The device is pretty powerful and gripping it may be too difficult or it may be difficult to maintain the grip. Its about 2 inches or more thick. And the hand holding the device is subjected to intense vibrations.

My wife and I are triathletes, (shes an ironman) and we wanted something that could travel to events with us easier. We actually stopped using the main unit this one is so great. Its quieter than the larger unit and for us works just as well! Even my 6 year old son wants a go when we bring it out.

Was having shoulder and back pain from an old injury so decided to give this a try. Used it for a few days and pain was gone. Also, sometimes get leg cramps so tried it on that and had immediate relief. Highly recommend this product.

Though not as powerful as a full sized model, the size and ease of use make this an easy purchase. Let’s me take a part of my routine on the go easily, perfect for travel, trips to the gym or taking in to the office.
